What a useless episode.... You have to be fucking kidding me!
I know its nothing new, but how the hell can you have a game of that type without the music clips?
The viewer is subjected to Bobo failing every song and then double ass slapping as a reward?

It can easily cost more than $50,000 to clear a single song let alone 4 or 5 tunes and HTV has zero budget for music clearance. You'll only see/hear music if the artist/composer grants FREE usage.
This has been answered at least 30 times on SFN and several times on The Show, last time was on the WUS.

I'm not questioning the lack of music itself, just the validity of the episode in general. I'm well aware of the "reasons" you state, which has been disproved well more than 30 times across these very forums.
Are you a copyright lawyer? Do you work for HTV?
The basic issue is the fact that the entire segment is butchered to the point that it is no longer relevant.
There was ZERO redemption for the episode, and for yourself as well.

Amy Barraclough handled all the rights and clearances over at the E! show and tons and tons of music and sound drops were used on nearly every show and there's no way they had an unlimited budget for tunes. They had Amy.

Why do a bit featuring a certain type of music then not play it on HowardTV? Wouldn't it be smart to do something else that you can actually use on HowardTV?
