What more can you ask for when the season starts. Especially with another week to go after that game. lampkinsr 12-15-2008, 08:06 PM They win next week , and the NFC goes thru the Meadowlands. What more can you ask for when the season starts. Especially with another week to go after that game. I think they win next week. Jacobs will probably play and I'm looking for Delhomme to have a bad game on the road. The Giants O-line will need to stiffen up for Julius Peppers and gang. They bring the heat too. jobbey 12-15-2008, 08:11 PM they were the team to beat. ChronoSkooma17 12-15-2008, 08:16 PM The Giants peaked too early!!! How long before the Giants fans start screaming to bench Eli and fire Coughlin? :jj: fuckin right man! :drunk: Kracka-Mike 12-15-2008, 08:40 PM yeah, I'm afraid so. No Plaxico, no NFC Championship for them. Carolina will rip them to shreds next Sunday Hugomarink 12-15-2008, 09:21 PM Actually, I bet the Giants rise to the occasion and beat Carolina next week. danrich03 12-15-2008, 09:29 PM yeah, I'm afraid so. No Plaxico, no NFC Championship for them. Carolina will rip them to shreds next Sunday No way. Carolina sucks on the road, and the Giants will stop the run. Stop the run = stop the Panthers. OliveBlackok 12-15-2008, 09:38 PM Yeah man, 11 and 3 they're complete fuckups Kracka-Mike 12-15-2008, 09:39 PM No way. Carolina sucks on the road, and the Giants will stop the run. Stop the run = stop the Panthers. That's what Denver said Apoc13 12-15-2008, 09:44 PM That's what Denver said the broncos suck....and i'm a huge broncos fan :( Maximus06 12-15-2008, 09:52 PM That's what Denver said yeah because the broncos and giants D are comparable moron  Apoc13 12-15-2008, 09:53 PM it often happens that teams that start off like the giants have this year, lose a couple games near the end of the season just off the top of my head, the broncos did that, they started 13-0, finished 14-2 before they won the superbowl the colts lost 3 or their last 5 the year they won it all and the steelers lost 3 straight in late nov/early dec and went on to win the title in 05 so teams will, occasionally, rebound from a late slide...will the giants? that remains to be seen Kracka-Mike 12-15-2008, 10:07 PM yeah because the broncos and giants D are comparable moron  That's what Cleveland said. No Jacobs. Pierce is a Page 6 fodder. It's a disaster. Shark58 12-15-2008, 10:57 PM count them chickens :hw: oneldef 12-15-2008, 11:23 PM Does this really merit a thread? I'm a Patriot fan so I'm not exactly a huge fan of the Giants after last year's Super Bowl, but you have to give them credit for their season thus far. Don't get me wrong, Dallas has the talent to beat anyone and maybe those two teams will face off in the playoffs...but it's a little too early for Cowboy fans to be talking all this shit about the defending Super Bowl champions. Sure the Giants have lost a couple in a row and sure they have some issues now that Plax is out, but if they win this week, they'll have the number one seed with home field advantage thru the playoffs. I guarantee you every fan would be happy if their team was in that situation. Now if they lose to Carolina... A.Lang=Crazy 12-15-2008, 11:56 PM You suck at predictions so this means another Super Bowl for the Giants. Hugomarink 12-16-2008, 12:23 AM You suck at predictions so this means another Super Bowl for the Giants. Could be. If they can get home field it may be enough to get them there. oneldef 12-16-2008, 12:30 AM You suck at predictions so this means another Super Bowl for the Giants. A.Lang=Crazy 12-16-2008, 12:34 AM  I hold this guy responsible for the Patriots losing in the Super Bowl, but he paid me back with a Phillies World Series. lampkinsr 12-16-2008, 03:04 AM Does this really merit a thread?
