For the few folks out there who are still experiencing recording related issues on your SL2, please email me with your Firmware and Baseband information (found under Settings>Device> Device Info) and a list of symptoms.

TSS-Radio wishes to extend FREE support to all Sirius subscribers, even those who purchased an SL2 from a competitor. This is our gift to you for 2009. :)

Email me personally: nick@tss-radio.com

Finally, look for my thread on how to keep your SL2 running smoothly to avoid the majority of issues that the device may experience from time to time.

The Stiletto 2 is now the most solid piece of equipment out there and the issues the few of you are experiencing mostly have to do with a simple upgrade issue which I can help you resolve WITHOUT deleting your music library.

i gotta give big ups to TSS Radio..i think we all know by now how great they are to us but i just want to reitterate it..

my wife bought me a stiletto 2 for xmas..first she tried sirius directly and had awful luck in dealing with them (no surprises here) then she knew i had bought a few things from TSS and liked them so she went here instead..neither of us can believe the price difference she got going with TSS and the package with home dock, vehicle dock, and executive case were on our doorstep in 2 days...i strongly suggest people use them for their radio purchases...

Nick, when I purchase the stiletto 2 (still trying to get as much mileage out of my s50, but I know its days are numbered), it will be through tss-radio. It's honestly because of your posts. I want to know that I can get good technical support, and you have definitely gone above and beyond the call of duty to show that tss-radio will do so.

Thanks! I'm really glad to hear it. I also want to point out that Sirius XM has been working hard to improve it's Customer Support services and I commend them for doing so. For those of you who do contact Sirius XM support and receive an email survey afterwords PLEASE FILL IT OUT! It gives you plenty of room to give honest feedback, which in turn will be utilized to improve the customer service for all of us subscribers.

As for technical support on the SL2, TSS-Radio is happy to offer this service to Sirius subscribers and our customers because the majority of the issues people experience have simple solutions! :D

I stand by the Stiletto 2 as one of the best devices available from Sirius because it's portable but also offers exceptional home and car connection options and it's my favorite gadget from Sirius so far!

I am sold. Thanks for that info though for it further validates my decision to upgrade. The s50 obviously has its problems, but I have mainly used it for listening to the show while working out. Surprisingly, it has persevered after taking a beating. I jog about 20 miles/week and I always feared that just that constant movement was going to take a toll on it. But it has 2+ yrs
