I thought it would be neat to see what all the people who cancelled will spend the money they save every month. I, personally, will be spending it on a game rental plan for my PS3 at GameFly (ive tried the cheaper game rental services, they are really bad for the most part, starting to realize you get what you pay for and go with Gamefly, the extra money i save here will go towards that)

Good thread!
I have been debating if I should cancel or not. Well I am cuz there is nothing good on it.
When I herd Bubba charges 120 bucks for his website membership I was blown away at how much it was, but then I figured out thats what I'm paying for Htv.
Fuck it!
Gamefly sounds like a good idea.
How hard is it to get a new release game? I know it takes FOREVER to get a new release from netflix.

Uhmm, i can only go from experience and alot of online research on all the game rental sites. For the love of god stay away from Gamez N Flix and GottaPlay. I used GottaPlay last and I closed my account after giving them 20 dollars and receiving not one game in 2 and a half weeks, out of like 30 i had on que. Ive read that you get all the top games right away with Gamefly. The other thing I like about them that Ive read is that they have a deal with the post office set up, as soon as the post office scans that they received the game you are shipping back to gamefly the info goes to gamefly and they send you a new one, even before they receive the old one back in hand. I guess you get what you pay for, gamefly is most expensive, but best, im guessing at this point. I also always do 2 out at a time so I have at least one game at all time. I personally dont see the point of one out at a time, most the time you pay for is transit for the games going back and forth. Of course this only works if the sites sends you damn games lol. Oh yeah, of course the best site I found, cheap and always sent me top games right away, closed their business, they said temporarily possibly, but that was like 5 months ago or so.

Oh yeah, check out those redboxes for movies, only 1 dollar, even for new releases, as long as you return next nite by 9 pm, or its another dollar for every day after you keep it. They have some blue rays in some of the ones in wal marts, still only a buck, they also will be carrying alot more blue ray in the future. I had 2 promo codes, rented 4 movies last week for 2 bucks. All new releases.
