Everything about Dr. Phil was cut out because once again HTV thinks they are going to be sued. At the beginning of the episode Howard says "You are REAL doctor, not a fake doctor like these TV doctors". All the sudden there is an obvious cut and I'm thinking "Wait a minute, didn't Howard bring up Dr. Phil as being one of the fake doctors?" Sure enough I found this on MarksFriggin.com:

Howard asked where Dr. Phil got his medical license. Dr. Drew said he thinks he got it down in Texas somewhere but it was taken away for sexual misconduct or something. He said he tells people that and they say ''How dare you!'' but he tells them that it's a true story.

None of this was in the HTV episode. Grow some balls HTV and stop cutting everything thinking you will be sued. You are more likely to be sued by irate HTV viewers for cutting the show to pieces.

it might have allready been mentioned at some point somewhere else, but he also censored the rich cronin portion where he talks about that homo that was always trying to touch all the boy band singers.

I thought that was the funniest part of the interview and what made it intersting.

Well considering that HTV only has roughly 1 subscriber left you are going to hear only one person complaining.
HTV has a long history of censorship, delayed content, and general doucebaggery....

Its a simple two step process!

Step 1 - Cancel
Step 2 - Never regret step 1

Its a shame, HTV could be great. They are sadly way behind the pack, and starting to cramp up.
