Im sorry to disagree but while I love everything Howard stern I find the WHOLE news department totally irrelevant.

I honestly do not see what they contribute to the show and they must be a significant cost. Ive read on this very forum that sirius intend to charge for internet usage very soon which will surely enrage 90% of the people here.The cost could then be offset instead of additional charges.

Would it not make sense to disband and remove this pitifull excuse for a news department.They really only serve the show to instigate trouble to generate boring stories.

I will have to disagree with the bad teeth comment though since all our dental and health care is free.We are not waiting in the streets for foreign/rich investors to look after those that cannot afford health insurance.

As well as enjoying the stern show i do have a great deal of interest in learning about people from other countries and cultures. While im not shocked at the stereotypical comments regarding the state of british teeth it is very lazy on your part.

As a rule we rejoice in the embrace of our American cousins and shall not respond to your foolish remarks.

Loosh I have read many of your posts and while I know many believe you to be a deluded fool, I feel that you are also a worthy contributor to this board I take those comments with a pinch of salt. Langfords a joke. The whole news dept is nothing but another ego stroke for Howard. Everytime someone questions why they would bother with any of thier useless crap the answer is always the same. And the fact that you would take such a ridiculous job so seriously just reinforces the fact that you will be as unemployable as the rest of the people you "report" on the day after Howard retires. So... in this case, Langford indirectly contributed to a very enjoyable 40 something minute segment Tuesday.

I am surprised Langford isn't pranked more. The guy seem ripe for the picking in the world of practical jokes.

I won't comment on the remarks regarding teeth, as one of my best British friends happens to be a dentist. At the same time, however, it seems a bit ill considered at this juncture for anyone from Britain to be making jokes at other's expense regarding the need for bailouts from foreign investors. You chaps are a good bit closer to national bankruptcy than we are. I'm sure the mediocre "free" health care system isn't an insignificant part of the problem. Still love the Brits though. :)

I agree with you. As normal while trying to be a witty poster ive failed to convey that 90 percent of my comments are sarcastic.

Most people in England are shitting themselves at the moment with regard to the current economic climate.I honestly couldnt give a fuck.My comments regarding foreign investors came from watchin a documentry last night on how obama can revolutionize parts of the US health system.

But there was one guy who was very wealthy who had opened a clinic in texas to offer some free healthcare and some of the people being treated had serious problems like cancer.As you can imagine 1000s were queing outside.I find it quite disturbing that large numbers of people (50 million in the US) simply have to go without basic healthcare as they cant afford it.We are quick to talk shit about our own national health service in the UK but the thought of not having it would scare the hell out of me.

I really hope obama can sort that one out for poor americans.
