i have two questions that may be solved ....with one.. if i delete say a visitor message or a BLOG..it WILL NOT completely delete ..still shows names and entries...WHY?????

and why did you choose to have every visitor to your own profile shown????i think that should be private...

as for the recent visitors. just like the who's online page lists all the people that have visited SFN today, your profile has a similar feature. the site also shows you who is reading a thread you are in.

if you want to control who can see this, you can change your profile privacy settings here

as for the delete message, i'm not sure. it's possible that only people who can manage the messages can see that. I don't know because I'm the admin and can see everything. we'll have to get someone who's not on the staff and who isn't the person with the delete message and see if they see it.

as for why it wouldn't be deleted permanently, like all posts a copy is saved with the original message & ip for ecase there is a problem and the poster needs to be delt with.

have somebody go in & see if they see the deleted message for me & thell me what they find. thanks

thanks mutt..i got the privacy issue all straightened out..

now so for the other i will try to get another person to read my DELETED messages ..they are showing as deleted but not gone and the same for the BLOGS i choice to delete..

i get it that you HAVE to save a copy for reasons .i will get back when someone views my profile thanks you are doing a great job...!!!

mutt. as far as i know-----i can BLOCK what people see --BUT i have read other people are having trouble deleting their entries etc..i still cannot delete my useless blogs to no one and the visitor messages..i think this is an issue of things WE are allowed to delete ...that is NOT happening..i know some things only MODS can delete but some we are unable to..thanks mutt..

still cannot delete some things i mentioned..i will keep trying..

as far as what can be deleted...i ONLY can see what is deleted or not in my profile BUT do the entries have to stay there ..they are useless...i treid to delete them but wont let me..i think they stay permanently but stored aomewhere..useless to see if they could be removed..

and people are wondering why in the listening thread --no posters are NOT listed????
