I added more smilies

I made a search field for the smilie popup

I rewrote the smilie category changer in the popup so it will work with the search

I still need to add pagenation to the smilie popup so categories with lots of smilies or searches with lots of results are more manageable.

let me know if you find any issues. especially with the search.


for now it's only available to staff, vips, & supporters. this will keep someone from using this search as a possible attack point. (they'd have to be logged in & the logs would identify them) once I figure out how to get it to use the VB search permissions & flood check, I'll update it. that will open it up to regular members.
