If I were to get Sirius I woory about the shit being stolen. I have a Jeep so I guess i could never leave it in my ride. Its kinda bulky to carry around. DO they have to be on top of the dashboard? Its looks kinda fugly.

Yeah, the crook would have to know your credit card number in order for the radio to work.

if the sub is cancelled once its stolen, the unit would probably be blacklisted. so the crook couldnt sub if he wanted to.

Get a CD Receiver that is Sirius ready. I been looking around for a new head unit for my truck and Kenwood seems to have a pretty good selection of head units with built in Sirius. You can check out Crutchfield.com (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-6MAvvpFMnnv/cgi-bin/prodgroup.asp?g=300&avf=N&nvpair=FFBrand%7CKenwood)

I have a panasonic cd receiver that plays mp3 & is Sirius ready in my jeep. The Sirius receiver gets hidden under the dash and you control it using the regular stereo controls. other than the antenna, you wouldn't even know it's there

If your glove compartment has a lock on it, you can lock it away in there. :hw:

they dont have to be on top.

the receiver becomes a display unit. so on one of my car, i have it down low, next to the head unit.

i can then undock and hide it in the trunk.

for your jeep, i assume a wrangler. you can get a locking front console made of metal...
