notices are that yellow box you sometimes see under the navbar. I'm open to suggestions on how I can make notices better. here's what I've done so far.
notice asking guests to register,
notice telling probationary members the 30/30/30 deal
notice letting probationary members know their time is up but they haven't made 30 posts yet.
notice letting probationary members that they've made the 30 posts but still have time left.
notice letting members who are on hold the deal.
notice letting people know that their email has not been confirmed yet.
notice telling lurkers they should post more often.
I snazzed up notices so they are a little harder to ignore.
pm popups have been replaced by inline notices.
fixed the broken dismiss icon.
I can control who sees the notices & when. I can do it per usergroup, per user, hell almost per almost anything.
I'm considering some specail staff only notices but I'm not sure what to use them for yet. I don't want them every time there's an alerted post but i does seem like there should be some sort of emergency alert that causes a staff notice. like ai said, i'm thinking about it.
