I can't stand these sissies!!!!

This Michael Vick thing and the sympathy for a total of 8 half-dead pit bulls and 66 other pit bulls that were rescued it fucking ridiculous.

Michael Vick paid $1 million to take care of the 66 pit bulls that were rescued and "may" have participated in the killing of some part of 8 dogs. He spent 2 years in prison and lost over $100 million dollars total because of it.

Give me a break! The punishment is overkill to say the least and then to continue to be villified by these self-righteous closet homosexuals is sickening.

PETA kills more dogs than vick.

PETA Killed 95 Percent of Adoptable Pets in its Care During 2008
Hypocritical Animal Rights Group’s 2008 Disclosures Bring Pet Death Toll To 21,339

WASHINGTON DC – Today the nonprofit Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) published documents online showing that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) killed 95 percent of the adoptable pets in its care during 2008. Despite years of public outrage over its euthanasia program, the animal rights group kills an average of 5.8 pets every day at its Norfolk, VA headquarters.
According to public records from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, PETA killed 2,124 pets last year and placed only seven in adoptive homes. Since 1998, a total of 21,339 dogs and cats have died at the hands of PETA workers.
Despite having a $32 million budget, PETA does not operate an adoption shelter. PETA employees make no discernible effort to find homes for the thousands of pets they kill every year. Last year, the Center for Consumer Freedom petitioned Virginia’s State Veterinarian to reclassify PETA as a slaughterhouse.
CCF Research Director David Martosko said: “PETA hasn’t slowed down its hypocritical killing machine one bit, but it keeps browbeating the rest of society with a phony ‘animal rights’ message. What about the rights of the thousands of dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens that die in PETA’s headquarters building?”
Martosko added: “Since killing pets is A-OK with PETA, why should anyone listen to their demands about eating meat, using lab rats for medical research, or taking children to the circus?”
CCF obtained PETA’s “Animal Record” filings since 1998 from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Members of the public can see these documents at PetaKillsAnimals.com.

Vicks got nailed because he is a black guy living in the south. Some red-neck ran a 5-state cock-fighting ring (Richard and Sal's next stunt). Ring leader, illegal gambling. He got 120 days ~ 6 months. Vicks gets 23 months. 4x more for the black guy. The U.N. should be deployed in the south. Especially Texas. They execute more people per capita than China.

Howard is mouthing off because of Beth. What is Sam's angle? I bet you Matt Goerning is allergic to dogs, and he does this to get under his skin... Sam is Ralph++. Been freeloading off of Matt Goerning for something like 10 years. I bet you he started off doing hair on Taxi...

I had the same thought. Donte Stallworth hit and killed a man with his car while drunk and high... the story got moderate play on ESPN, but nothing anywhere else. The Vick story dominated the news for months. He served almost two years in jail and lost maybe HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS.

Let me repeat... Stallworth killed a man while drunk and high! Killed a man! While drunk and high!

Vick is a scumbag, no doubt... but hasn't he paid enough for this? Not just the $130 million contract but all the endorsements... and this guy was an endorsement machine. One of the most popular players in the most popular sport in this country.

He has paid enough. Leave him alone.

I heard Sheldon Brown from the Eagles say it best... "if this was your son or your brother you would want him to get a second chance..." and he is right and any of those protesters who say otherwise are lying.

You should have heard all of the Eagles fans on sports talk radio... I hope they lose every game... I will never watch another game... LIES! All lies. These people will all cave and root root root for the home team.

Vick got so much jail time bc hes black? Stallworth got 30 days. Also a black

Some people need to check facts. No one took away his $130M bill.

Also Stallworth made a mistake. And the guy probably would have died anyway considering his actions. And Stallworth did everything right since. Vick did this for years. And lied about it.

I'm a Republican and even I think this guy is a sick fuck who should never be allowed to play football again. I agree some of these guys who drive drunk and kill someone should be given harsher penalties, but that isn't the issue here.

How the fuck can you defend a guy who at first denied he killed dogs, then ONLY after the evidence builds up does he admit that he DID personally kill dogs, by hanging, drowning, beating them to death, electrocution.

don't believe me? here's a link which also points out that when Vick's associates wanted to give away dogs who refused to fight Vick told them no, and had all of them killed as well.

Swell guy you people are trying to defend.

Vick tortured and murdered dogs by mutilation, drownings, electrocutions, hangings, breaking backs, and throwing them into fights with bigger dogs to be maimed and killed.

Vick not only participated, but he planned it out, bought the land, built the buildings and was involved in the activities. If they were humans rather than dogs, his crimes would greatly surpass Charles Manson.

They weren't slaughtered nor hunted. Laws related to hunting are regulated by the states. Break the hunting rules and conceivably you can go to jail.

Engaging in the torture of dumb animals can get you time in prison.

If you accidently hit and run a dog in your car, you'd never go to jail. Let's stick to what Vick actually did.

O.J. Simpson - RB
Double-murder, here's your jersey.
Lawrence Phillips - RB
He's beaten every girlfriend he ever had and once punched a woman in the face after she refused to dance with him at a Miami night club. While at Nebraska, in what may be his most famous carry, he was accused of breaking into his ex's room, dragging her by the hair down three flights of stairs, and jacking her head against a mailbox, which also earns him a nomination for the All-Caveman Team.
Rae Carruth - WR
Carruth is an obvious choice. He orchestrated the execution-style murder of his pregnant girlfriend because she refused to have an abortion.
Barret Robbins - OL
Previously best known for disappearing the night before Oakland's Super Bowl thrashing in 2003, Robbins trumped that the following year by attacking three police officers who, being armed, shot him twice in the chest. Police reports indicate that even after being shot Robbins continued to attack the officers, which is just the kind of spunk we need on this team
Justin Strzelczyk - OL
After a hit-and-run accident in New York, police chased his pickup 40 miles, during which Strzelczyk flipped off troopers and at one point threw a beer bottle at them. In the end, Strzelczyk crashed head on at 90 miles per hour into a tanker truck carrying corrosive acid, leaving an explosive scene police compared to an airplane crash. Strzelczyk didn't make it out alive, he did, literally, go down in a 'blaze of glory',
Chris Terry - OL

Arrested for wife beating in 2002. While that's nothing new in the NFL, it is worth noting that in this instance he slammed her into a wall, head-butted her and stuffed her face into a pillow â€" while their two children watched.
Ray Lewis - LB
Arrested in 2000 following a Super Bowl party on two counts of first-degree murder. The charges were later dropped and Lewis pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice
Lawrence Taylor - LB
Went from cracking heads to crack head in record time. In his now infamous "60 Minutes" interview, Taylor claimed to have spent thousands of dollars a day on narcotics and to have hired prostitutes to go to opponents' hotel rooms the night before games. He's had numerous drug related arrests along with a tax evasion charge.
Alonzo Spellman - DL
Spellman is the only member of this team to have been charged with terrorizing passengers on a commercial flight and forcing an emergency landing. According to investigators, once on the ground Spellman told the pilot "I am about to rip your throat out."
Darrell Russell - DL

A repeat offender of the NFL's substance abuse policy, Russell actually broke it so many times that he's out of football. His weakness? Ecstasy. I know, I know- whose isn't?- but Russell was also charged with 25 felonies as an accomplice stemming from the videotaped rape of a woman by two of his friends.
Jim Dunaway - DE
Charged with murder in the death of his former wife, Dunaway is the unpublicized OJ Simpson (and, in fact, was a teammate of The Juice in Buffalo for three seasons)

If the behavior involves the premediated purchase and running of a business to kill and maim, the public won't buy it.

That's where the difference is. It's the premeditated nature. Beating your dog because it shit on your new carpet is one thing.

It is the dispassionate nature of simply planning and running a business of being cruel to animals.

Not kicking your dog because he ruined something. Or for that matter, hitting your girlfriend in the middle of a heated argument. Both are wrong, but that's not what is offending the public.

First, it was over 70 dogs that were rescued. Second, this went on for over 5 years. Actually, according to Vick's father Vick was running fights as early as 2001 in his family's garage so it would have been over 6 years. If you think there were only 8 dogs killed you're an idiot. Also, you're wrong that Vick "may" have killed them. This is from the official USDA report: "Agent's Note: On October 12, 2007, VICK was administered a polygraph examination bythe FBI. VICK failed the examination as it related to the killing of the dogs in April 2007. Ultimately, VICK recanted his previous statement wherein he said he was not actually involved in the killing of six to eight dogs on or about April 19, 2007. Vick admitted taking part in the actual hanging of the dogs." These were just the dogs that were killed on one day in April. Some of them were strung up with a nylon cord. One that didn't die was tossed aside and strung up again a little later. Others were killed by shoving their heads in a five gallon bucket of water. There was another dog that Vick killed by repeatedly slamming it to the ground- thus breaking it's back or neck. It's important to keep in mind- these were just the dogs killed that one day in April 2007. All of what I just said can be found in the official USDA report. It also details how Vick at least twice put family pets into the ring with the pits because he thought it was "funny" (the word used in the report) to watch them get torn apart. In 2002 Vick bought five stun guns. Some of the dogs were doused with water and electrocuted. A female dog, Georgia, had her teeth taken out so she couldn't fight off all the males he wanted to breed her with. He used what is known as a "rape stand" to breed dogs to the point of exhaustion. Vick repeatedly lied and denied he had killed any dogs- until that failed a polygraph in October 2007. Simply put, Vick is a complete piece of shit who is dumb as dirt. And any of you assholes who have sympathy for him are also a worthless piece of garbage.

You are one dumb motherfucker. If they were humans rather than dogs????? Come on dude. Nice try but they were dogs. The NFL lets people that killed humans play so why not Vick? He did his time, he paid a huge price, now let him earn a living. I've never been a fan of Vick's on the field or off but people have done way worse shit and are still in the league. Get a fucking life and stop whining about michael fucking vick.

It's irrelevant what Sam Simon thinks or what Howard says to kiss his wife's ass. Vick controls his own future at this point. If he becomes a superstar on the field again, sponsors, ESPN, and everyone else will be sucking his dick. All that these crazed animal lovers can do is hope the man fails at the thing he was once best at (before dog torture). If he does not succeed on the field he will fade into obscurity. All those wishing for more punishment should give it the fuck up already because it is not happening.

Yeah b/c we just randomly grab and execute people for speaking out against the government or failing at their communist party jobs. It couldn't be that we have a big problem with a bunch of evil incarnate human trash like murderers, rapists and child molesters or anything. Pacifist bitch...

50% of death row inmates turn out to be innocent on DNA tests their cheap lawyers couldn't get to a lab. That means the Texas State killed about 200 innocent people who were too poor or mouthed off to the wrong cop.

A society can be judged by how we treat its weakest members. That's why Howard hangs with Ralph.

Without even mentioning the hundreds of thousands of companion animals that make the lives of the aged, children and humanity overall little more bearable there are police dogs, drug dogs, rescue dogs, explosive sniffing dogs, dogs that save lives daily in the military, seeing eye dogs, dogs used to detect seizures, watch dogs and thousands that were loyal and caring enough to save the lives of their owners in fires and other situations.

Then some fucking pimp like Vick comes along whining about how he deserves another chance after the disgusting things he did to the animals ,and just because the stupid cunt can toss a football people all of a sudden forget what animals and dogs in particular do for people everyday.

You fucking groupies are as scummy as Vick himself and the next time you open your holes to defend his actions talk to a cop in the k9 unit first or military personnel that work with dogs or a blind person before you decide who the hero is.
