6 points in the last 7 1/2 quarters. That Riley guy makes me nervous every time he goes back to pass. He's about as accurate as JaMarcus Russell.

View Full Version : Another Cal collapse Blade_Jones 10-03-2009, 08:58 PM 6 points in the last 7 1/2 quarters. That Riley guy makes me nervous every time he goes back to pass. He's about as accurate as JaMarcus Russell. A.Lange=Crazy 10-03-2009, 08:59 PM All they have is Best. USC is still nothing special and Oregon will win the Pac 10. Blade_Jones 10-03-2009, 09:19 PM It's the same thing every year at Cal. They get off to a great start, they get ranked in the top 10, then they collapse and finish close to last in the Pac 10, then miraculously a committee awards them an invitation to bowl game like the Holiday Bowl or the Fiesta Bowl. I vote them in to the toilet bowl. I just hope someone knocks off USC. A.Lange=Crazy 10-03-2009, 09:22 PM USC can easily lose to ND next week and they will go down in Oregon two weeks later. FortheHorde 10-03-2009, 11:56 PM I live up in the Bay for school at SF State, and nothing makes me happier then watching all the Cal ban wagoners disappear as the year starts. After their first two games the people up here were making seem like they were going to win the national championship. I cant wait to see all their expression after the high and buzz of the giant rave (Lovefest) wears off and they realizes that their team sucks. Blade_Jones 10-04-2009, 02:45 AM People at Berzerkely need to stick to shit like astronomy, right wing politics, and acid trip 60's music - not football. They get the occasional oddball like DeSean Jackson, Alex Mack, or Marshawn Lynch who decides to go to school there, but overall it's USC rejects who go to Cal. Every year all of USC's linemen who make themselves eligible for the NFL, get drafted by midway through the 2nd round. There's no way Cal can or ever will finish better than USC in the Pac 10. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 12:03 PM Stanford is the team to watch. Bobby Booey 10-04-2009, 12:48 PM Stanford is the team to watch. Stanford vs Oregon is supposed to be LeGarret Blounts first game back. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 01:29 PM Stanford vs Oregon is supposed to be LeGarret Blounts first game back. why they would want to bring this cancer back just when they're starting to play well is beyond me. A.Lange=Crazy 10-04-2009, 01:30 PM why they would want to bring this cancer back just when they're starting to play well is beyond me. He is their best player and knows if he fucks up again he has no shot to make the NFL. KingOfAllWhites 10-04-2009, 01:47 PM Who is the biggest collapser? Cal or da Mets? Id say Mets by a mile. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 02:00 PM He is their best player and knows if he fucks up again he has no shot to make the NFL. no he's not. the guy who replaced him is a much better back. A.Lange=Crazy 10-04-2009, 02:04 PM no he's not. the guy who replaced him is a much better back. Blount was the 2nd rated RB coming into the year. The guy is a beast when he plays. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 02:10 PM yeah he was a real beast in the loss to Boise State with his -5 rushing yards. the guy is a head case who will probably end up in jail down the road like many others like him. A.Lange=Crazy 10-04-2009, 02:11 PM Boise St. is a Top 5 team. Last year he broke the Oregon record for rushing TD in a season. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 02:23 PM Boise St. is a Top 5 team. Last year he broke the Oregon record for rushing TD in a season. Boise State's defense isn't that great when two weeks later they allow Fresno State to run all over them. so Blount is good at short yard situations....who cares you can always find many like that. A.Lange=Crazy 10-04-2009, 02:24 PM He also averaged 8 yards per carry. Have you seen him play the guy can run the ball as he is the next Brandon Jacobs. Maschine Zeit 10-04-2009, 02:28 PM He also averaged 8 yards per carry. Have you seen him play the guy can run the ball as he is the next Brandon Jacobs. no i think he will be the next Lawrence Phillips. :jj: |
