I used to bet regularly and it seemed Ferrall's odds are normally different than the ones my bookie or online site has listed. And it was crucial differences of half a point or winning and losing. I played some of his free picks on some games but I dont recall winning on his picks more than I lost on them.

We had a local sports talk/ Howard stern type radio personality in CT named Sebastian who would proclaim all his wins and few losses and he charged like a grand or two or an entire seasons worth of his picks. Seemed like way too much money, I had an extra couple thousand dollars to spend I wouldnt pay for that bullshit, Im not saying Ferall charges that because I dont know his rate but it seemed fishy that the fees were so hefty. As I figured he (not Ferall the other radio guy) wanted to catch maybe 50 or 100 or more guys a year who pay this fee.

Obviously you do not know sports betting because lines differ at EVERY VEGAS SPORTSBOOK. Ferrall uses spreads that are given when the line is posted. Even though nobody can get those lines, since Ferrall does not make his picks until after the lines are out and have moved already.

I think the problem is that most of us loved the show before it turned into Ferrall touting his own website where you can buy his picks all the time.

I remember hearing him a couple months ago talk about how he only bets small and only has a couple hundred dollars in his account. I found it funny that someone who could pick hockey games at a 75% clip (like he claims), and pick football and baseball games just as easy is only betting a couple hundred dollars. For someone charging for his picks, he doesn't seem to have confidence in himself. If I had that kind of skill I would bet thousands and stop working radio from 8-12 every night and enjoy my weeknights with my family. But that is just me
