I hope Bubba's interdiction with the Brent Hatley Experience will lead to Brent getting some help. That is all.

Seriously, Brent's "Interdiction" was the funniest shit I've ever heard on radio.

I do not believe Brent was truly crying, and I thought it was funny as hell, good job by homoHatley, he put himself out there and came off as totally feminine. :D

This Brent guy should take some acting lessons, because he is sub-Richard (or Sal) in his acting.

I have to admit that on fri even though i had my doubts i was kind of buying it,but after the way it was handled today i know the entire meltdown was scripted bullshit.

That being said i have to give Bubba credit for finally making an effort re his fri shows and bullshit or not it was interesting radio.

That was no act by Brent on Friday, that was a real alcohol fueled meltdown. Sorry, Brent is not that good an actor, and don't forget Ralph was there to see the whole thing. Ralph would be the first to call BS or pile on, and he did neither. I'm as cynical and sarcastic as they come and Brent wasn't faking that. I haven't heard todays show yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to make people think Friday was a work, since Bubba, Spice, and Manson came off looking pretty bad by dumping on a defenseless drunk. You don't do an interdiction when someone is trashed.

The segment with Brent crying had me laughing out loud. I hope he was faking because I found it so funny. Great radio.

You were laughing at real pain. Sometimes it's funny, like when someone gets hit in the nuts on Americas funniest home videos. Personally I was just annoyed at Bubba's typical bully tactics, threatening Brent's job, confronting him about his issues when he was incapacitated, throwing things back in his face, probably much like Doug Clem. It sounded as if there were on going issues that the staff avoided bringing up in the past, until Brent was so smashed he couldn't defend himself, real brave. If they had issues they should have confronted a sober Brent with them and really tried to deal with them. Spice and Manson jumping on board with Bubba was weak. My opinion, worth what you paid for it.

I lost alot of respect for Brent. Real men don't cry like a little girl for over a half hour
because he was scolded by Bubba for acting like a little bitch.

I've seen it happen, never did a "package check" to see if they were real men or not. I've flipped out a few times myself, ended up with a night in jail once for my efforts and narrowly escaped doing some time. Some people don't react well to a certain level of hard alcohol, I avoid it now and stick to beer and wine in moderation. The brain is a complex balance of neurochemicals working together, mess with it enough and shit can get weird.
