Come on, and sox fans wonder why they have no payroll. On another note bj, the pitching looks good, they just need some offense. Podsednik and Vizcaino have proven their worth to the team. Pods is stealing bases like crazy. He took 4 of them the other day against Toronto. Lee is getting clutch hitting but what he has done probably wouldn't have won any of the 7 games the White Sox have lost. Pods being on base has affecting how pitchers have pitched to the plate as well. He really bugs the pitchers on the mound. After 31 games, I would say the trade was a good one for the White Sox at the very least. It appears it hasn't been that bad for Milwaukee either because Lee has won games for them with key hitting. bjstet 05-09-2005, 01:29 AM carlos lee being traded to the brewers is hurting the cubs, not the sox. lee is a cub killer, always has been. i agree sanctum pods is the shit. |
