ya know, that was a topic of conversation a few weeks ago. somewhere in general chatter, i believe. I think the consensus was that you should roll your penis around to help dislodge said 'cheese' before letting fly with the pee.

I hate when I have my left index finger bandaged and I can't pick my left nostril. I've tried using my pinky but just can't maneuver it right. Same goes with using my right index finger. I know theres a big one up there. What happens to those who have lost a finger, does their nose gradually seal up?
