O&A weren't the ones to shut down that website. Unlike Stern they don't care about that sort of stuff. Opie & Anthony have the legal rite to shut down Boots's opieandanthonycom site if they want to, but they could really careless.

I don't know who shut the site down. But why do you think O&A shut the site down?? Don't you think if they shut that site down they would do the same to others?? Which they haven't done.

When the site first got shut down, there was a message on it saying how O and A were the reason. There was also a message to call and ask them why since they claim there is a gag order on them, they were so anxious to shut down the site.What other anti O and A sites do you know about?

We know that Slash has been absent for awhile because he is in the process of moving.

We know about Jane's work in the theater.

We shared Joey Boots day-to-day experiences when he found himself almost homeless. In fact, our concern for our friend was so genuine that many offered to help him out. F&D invited him up to Chicago.

Do you see the point I'm trying to make?

We might like to know a little more about you than just that you are a self-appointed shill for an afternoon drive show.

I've met with them, I've had beers with them, I've laughed with them and at them right up until the day they left. I don't hate them, why would I bother hating guys I have good memories of.
But, I do admit that they were doing something damn close to Howards show on WAAF in the Boston area. I also listened to the show a while back when they broadcast from BCN studio.....and it bored the shit out of me...their chemistry is gone.

They are all shock joc so its going to be somewhat similar. When they broadcasted from BCN it wlso aired on WNEW. The show sounded nothing like what they put on the air every day in NY. Oh yeah. Thats a good idea. Lets go to our old market and do a crappy show to promote ourselves. Minority Jeopardy was almost exactly like Black Jeopardy. They did that in 95 or 96.

Whats wrong with them still using WOW. WOW is great & guys wanting to get flashed will never get old.

They do play stuff from that CD all the time.Its old after awhile. They also have a best of show on the weekend. They play highlights from the week. I think that is a dumb idea because you could get burnt out on these two guys real quick.

WOW is an amatuer gimmick. It makes them seem like a couple of hacks.They really dont distinguish themselves at all.Ive been to other states and have heard the Bob and Toms and crap like that and its all the same vanilla crap.

WOW was started by O&A, they have been doing that since 95. The other wow like gimmicks have been popping up only over the last 2 or 3 years. As fot the best of shows thats something WNEW does not O&A. WNEW has best of shows for its other personalitles on the weekends also not just O&A

The site was shut down by Infinity's lawyers because the guy posted Infinity copyrighted material on his website without permission. Prank calling is OK. Posting copyrighted material is not.

Because of the gag order, O&A are unable to air calls that accuse them of being imitators. If the O&A take calls dealing with Stern, the calls never make the air, as they are dumped out down the hall.

Tell your friend who prank called O&A to post even a snippet of the Stern radio show on his website. I bet the same lawyer who made him take down the O&A sound files will call him and make him take down the Stern files.
