I won't pay for it...my cable bill is already $185 a month since I have my cable service, modem, and phone service through the cable company....

How do you explain the part where he said "but on-demand is only good for porn," which would be counter intuitive to the conspiracy.

Although, he's talked about on-demand a bunch before.. he never says anything real bad about it, usually just talks about how he uses it. So it's nothing new.

And if he is in a deal, why would he talk shit? It's one thing to suddenly hype something he trashed, but that's not the case... he just talked like normal... no real hype.. definitely didn't make me want to go out and use it.

never used on-demand myself, but if howard really wants to have his sirius show on tv unedited then something like an HBO or showtime would be fine. But what howard really seems to want is to take his audience's money. I don't think many fans will rush out to get on-demand of his show in addition to sirius... however, on-demand for some fans might be an alternative to getting sirius, so maybe that's what he's thinking. I think alot of E! show fans didnt listen to the radio all the time, it was almost like 2 separate audiences. How many people listen to the show at 7 am then 11 pm? those are rough hours.

I think it's only offered in Arizona right now, but it's something like $20 something a month and you can view a bunch of classic WWF moments

WWE=24/7 is between 8-12 a month & is becoming available across the country very quickly due to its popularity
It already has about 20% coverage so a lot more than Arizona has it

Also Howard talked about On-Demand well over a year ago & how he loved it so his praise is nothing new

I doubt we would see the COMPLETE show on-demand because then it would hurt Sirius

Going pay-per-view On-Demand for his daily video show is a pretty big gamble. It's such a huge psychological barrier for many people to pay by-the-show, per se, rather than by/for a flat monthly service. That is to say nothing of the economic burden, if he's thinking of $4/show, 4 shows/wk= $64/mo less package bonus ("FOR YOU, discounted to $50/mo!") Would most here pay an extra $10/mo for it, if it was offered that reasonably?

Frankly, I always felt that after FCC gets sufficiently motivated to go after satellite's pantleg, the only way the Show could continue uncensored would be to charge an additional fee for it, making it a 'conscious decision' for folks to listen to the raw language, instead of having it seep through any 'innocent/naive' satellite subscriber's radio (who wanted music but didn't expect the blue language--and there will be a few). Crissakes, was that all one sentence?

Hearing him talk about how he enjoys his on-demand service makes me believe the stories that he is headed that way.

I know when he's selling something, but if its a product I think is worth it, I'll buy it.

I must concur! I watched very little of the E! show to begin with; to start paying for it now would be assinine.

I don't feel like paying an extra amount just to watch Stern, the E show was great because it came with whatever I had, if it's on PPV and I have to pay an extra monthly payment besides by $185, I won't do it...it's just ridiculous and pisses me off about how Howard will make his fans pay besides the $12 a month for Sirius, but an extra fee just to watch him on TV...the guy who always says he'd never fuck his fans over, it's sorta hypocrtical how now we'll have to pay just to hear him and watch him...that's all

Simply because the E! Show was basically about nude broads. Which is fine, I love a nude broad as much as the next guy. But why pay to see Howard spend 30 minutes whining and begging to get the broad nude? And on top of it a broad that's already a pain in the ass when asked questions. I can watch tons of nude broads in porn. I'm guessing it's thinking like mine that has caused Howard's uncensored vids on his website to do vritually no business.

I'll pay to hear the show, because it's about more than than naked chicks. But I'll download the torrents of the video.
