My bud Scott and me dropped the top on the Jeep and cruised down to AC.
I had 4 CD's worth of live musical performances on the Stern Show in the radio.
We pulled into AC listening to The Losers singing "My Niggas".
Pulling into the parking garage, we met up with Joey Boots, Dr Dave and High Pitch Eric.
Joey, igloo cooler in hand and both Dave and Eric sporting sleeping bags.
We checked in, went straight to the lobby bar, and practically lived there for the next 3 days.
By the time we made it to the room, we had already met several Stern Show VIP / regulars, and I realized that I needed to pull out the camera and have it ready.

There was a VIP party at the Hard Rock Cafe, so we rushed off beers in hand.
Joey, HPE, & Dave had laminate IDs while Scott & I were sportin nothing but our smiles.
We weren't sure how we were getting in, but with little effort Joey walked up and told em "We have ids and these 2 are with us."
That was all that was needed and we were in.
We rubbed elbows with all the regulars.
It was a bunch of fun.
I kept found myself chatting with someone over a beer and then suddenly realizing who they were.
Timmer and his bud, Leather3 and his wife, and my brothers 2 buds all called to say they were in town and wanted to meet up with us.
You needed a laminate to get in but I told them what was going on and were we were.
By the time they got there, the party was close to over and they weren't checking ID's anymore.
They were all able to walk right in!
It was so great that they were able to make it, it was really special and there's no way you wanted to miss it.
we drank beers with the likes of Gary, KC, Benjy, Ralph, Craig Gass, Artie Lang, Chef Bobby, Gary the Retard, Sal the Stockbroker and his crew, Melrose Larry, Angry Black,

As the party wound down, we all took off for the titty bar.
We wondered around AC looking for it and stopped a couple times on the way.
Even though it was a bullshit Jersey Strip Bar where the girls don't take off their clothes, it was still a good time.
We let the girls confuse Scott for Howard for awhile, it was pretty funny.
<p>
It was late in the AM by the time we staggered back to the lobby bar.
We met back up with Craig, Ralph and the others.
I'd tell you more, but I was too damn drunk by then as seen by the lack of photos.
Timmer tells me that I tried to get Craig the sit on Ralph's lap for a photo.
Ralph helped try and coax him into it, but Craig wasn't up for it.
We downed drinks with Craig and I have to say, he was a cool guy.
I've heard him on the show for years and he's nothing like what I pictured.
He was parting even harder than us.
At one point he came up behind me, wrapped an arm around me and started rubbing my breast.
I cracked up when I turned around and saw it was him.
I made sure to let him know that they were real, no implants.
It sounds alot gayer than it was, but it was damn funny.
It had to be 3 or 4 before we stumbled back to the room.
We were still in shock, it was the coolest night.
