You can move it from your car to your home to your computer (via USB). When in any of those docks you can receive live satellite radio. Also at that time you can be recording Sirius content onto the receiver, up to 50 hours. And at the computer you can download MP3s.
When it is not in a dock for example at the gym or when walking you won't be able to listen live to Sirius but will be able to listen to your saved content and MP3s.

No one knows yet for sure. I think I read a quote from CEO Mel Karmizan somewhere they should have a true wearable by fall of 2006.
There's two reasons they don't have one yet: their repeater network is not nearly large enough and their equipment is not nearly small enough.

Actually, a wearable is already out, the XACT unit had a portable pod battery for it. The XACT Rego was shown at CES but it looks like it's Vapor Ware now. Although pre-production samples of the device do exist.
But BaBa is right. We won't see a true portable for quite some time. Satellite Radio isn't really a good technology to make portable/wearable - take a look at the number of reception complaints with the MyFi!
so that walkmen thast out now or coming out i can still move around my house at least and listen to it?
and can u listen with or without headphones or just with the headphones on?
