I was wondering if anyone out there could help us. Here's the deal. This nut e-mailed me last night saying how he owned the name Captain Janks. He told me to have the Crazy Leprechaun Bar remove Janks name from their site. He said he owns all rights to that name and will sue if it is not removed. He also said to cancel the gig because Janks will not be doing any such appearance. Anyways we put a Big Picture of Janks on the site and mentioned the guy who is making these threats. We need for some-one to make a cool Janks banner about this situation. The guys name is John Dougherty. Maybe Janks The man who owns his name. Or, Dougherty doesn't own me. Something funny. Janks site is www.captainjanks.tk the lep site is www.thecrazyleprechaun.bar The person who's banner we use, will get a picture of Beet holding a sign with any writing that they want on it.
