I guess whole shows were recorded for the E! Channel, with them picking highlights as to what would air. Does howard only own what actually aired on E! or does he own all tapes recorded for E!? Can he give us interviews thatnever actually aired?

What about the channel 9 show? I know they own the rights to those shows, but couldn't he offer a profit share to them to air them? I would love to see them show up on there.

He said the other day that he owns all the footage that E shot not just the footage that was aired. I believe he owns his PPVs. And I'm sure the topic of the Channel 9 shows was brought up whether or not Channel 9 will play ball remains to be seen.

It can be any length they want depending on the material of the day. Howard said that episodes would probably be a minimum of 30 minutes, but some days could be two hours there was a lot going on in the studio. They could even stick some shorter clips up there, like 10 minutes of just the nonsense that goes on in the hallways if they want. The flexibility of On Demand as a delivery vehicle is enormous.

The concept is great, but it leaves a lot of satellite subscribers out in the cold.

Not everyone can get OnDemand.

Why not be very cutting edge and push this through an internet system? Let's face it, the copyright argument is dumb because everyone can rip from TV...
