Sirius launched a collection of Howard Stern billboards this month. Can ya find em? We'd love to see photos of the new advertising. I've heard through the grapevine that there are several different ones throughout New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and Cleveland. If you are in one of those markets, find one and and snap a pic for us. I'd like to get em all.

I'm going to try and track down to t-shirts or something for the first people that get pics so get out there and find em. Be sure to let us know where they are.

there are billboard in your area. Here's one I found today in Chicago (off i-290 westbound at the 1st ave. exit)! the fuckin' colonel gets in the way but you get the point. also, note that they're clear channel billboards.

great pics though I disagree at nightime with your colors it would not be as visible. I think the white background gives it the right emphasis.

They should have done them on bright yellow background with dark blu lettering, its easy to read day or night.

I found the 3rd one in philadelphia also as i stated before i saw the one on Rt1 North at the philadelphia bucks county border. Then Nursegrl posted the one she found. Drving on South bound I95 between the Cottman and the Bridge St exits i saw the 3rd Billboard in Phila so far. It was the same as the one i found on Rt 1 "Howard Is Coming All Over America"

Sirius has no plans to offer stern or any talk radio format to its subscribers who wish to use their online accounts.

I emailed customer service about not being able to listen to your station and the NFL station online. The response I recieved was " THE MUSIC AND TALK SUPPLIERS ARE SEPERATE. THERE ARE NO FUTURE PLANS TO OFFER THE TALK STATIONS ONLINE ." This means that people who work in office buildings( most people) will not be able to listen to howard in the morning. I replied to Sirius with the following response. " I SIGNED UP FOR A FULL YEAR 6 MONTHS AGO. THE MAIN PURPOSE WAS TO LISTEN TO HOWARD IN THE MORNING. YOU OFFER ME MUSIC ONLINE BUT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LISTEN TO HOWARD? I PAID TO LISTEN TO HOWARD. IF THAT WILL NOT BE OFFERED ONLINE THAN I DO NOT FEEL I'M GETTING MY FULL BENEFIT OF MY SUBSCRIPTION. THERE FOR AT THE END OF MY FULL PAID YEAR I WILL NOT BE RENEWING. I PAID TO LISTEN TO HOWARD AND WILL CANCEL IF I CAN NOT."

Yeah, it's photoshopped... I have a friend who drives a truck with a Men's Rights mini-billboard in the back... He has several panels he swaps out of a mounting bolted to the truckbed. Wouldn't be a bad idea for a Howard contingent come July 4th though...

I was looking at my browneye with a mirror today (just part of my daily ritual) and I found a billboard. At first, I thought it was a Sirius Howard Stern Billboard, but then I realized that it was only a turd. So then I grabbed the turd and squeezed it in the palm of my hand. It oozed out between my fingers. I then let out a war cry and flung it off of my hand and onto a nearby wall.

Here are a couple of photographs that I took of Howard's billboard on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.

Sunset Boulevard is famous on its own, but its best-known section is a mile and a half run of Sunset between Hollywood and Beverly Hills, called The Sunset Strip.

Stretching between Crescent Heights Boulevard and Doheny Drive, the Strip is a playground for the entertainment business, with its collection of rock clubs, hotels & bars, restaurants and comedy clubs. At night, the Strip glows with lights and neon, as traffic jams with cruisers, people-watchers and celebrity wannabes looking for action.

The Strip's eccentric character is heightened by the giant billboards and dynamic ads that were originally designed to catch the eye of studio and network execs as they drove to work in Hollywood from their homes in Beverly Hills.

The King of All Media's new Viacom sign (yes, Viacom) is located at the mouth of the Sunset Strip, at Crescent Heights Boulevard, a block away from The Laugh Factory comedy club and the Virgin Megastore (former location of the Hollywood landmark, Schwab's drugstore).

The sign is also just across the street from the Chateau Marmont, where John Belushi died (it's the white building in the far right of the first photo) and Jay Ward Studios, the home of Rocky and Bullwinkle.

Further down the Strip are the old Playboy penthouse building, the exterior location of the "77 Sunset Strip" TV series, the House of Blues, the Comedy Store, The Sky Bar, The Whisky a Go-Go, The Viper Room, The Roxy and Book Soup, where Howard was banned from appearing by local government officials.

I heard on Howard 100 news that the Chicago minster and his congregation won. They got both Clear Channel and Viacom to agree to change their billboards (apparently each owned a billboard with that slogan). Heck, the news spoke to someone from the local/state government?? The Chicago folks were trying to make it all about blacks and Dr. King - but "Let freedom ring" was in the song long before Dr. King said it.

wasn't viacom and clear channel pressured into removing the bb's from los angeles because a group was offended by the MLK reference? this is pretty stupid. didn't MLK stand up for freedom?
