Just a heads up, Time Warner here in SC, has been charging $13.95 for HSOD, even though they now admit it was supposed to be $9.95 until March. If you have HSOD through Time Warner, you might check your bill.

i had same prob today and pointed time warner lady to the indemand website and got it changed to 9.99 here in san antonio.
