I really hope that his show is not so bad that this is the best ad they could come up with. It doesn't seem possible.

Hmm. Must just be me. I just remember hearing parodies of the song on the radio that actually made me laugh, and that was back in the 90's. I mean, he hasn't been off the air that long that he has to play something so old for a commercial.

Bubba proclaimes himself by name, Bubba alligns himself with individuality.
i think the song is a great choice givin the fact that Em is on Sirius too. it gives the feel of family, as did the Martha Stewart intro at the Hardrock. Sirius is creating an environment with a true human divercity. fun will be poked, jokes made, and love shared.
point is that in any real family everyone gets a chance, a voice. just look how far i got. give peace a chance

I haven't heard Bubba's show in a few years, but it used to be fairly entertaining. I'll give him a few weeks. The Eminem song isn't horrible, but he's done better.

When I was a kid, I was in the car with my family going back to the hotel after a day at 6 flags in Tampa. I remember a bit a DJ was doing on the radio where Snow White was banging the seven dwarfs. My parent's faces turned bright red and they hit the dial really fast. I could tell they were very uncomfortable with us hearing it, lol. I've been wondering for a while if that could have been Bubba's show.

I've never heard any Bubba shows, but I'm willing to give him a chance. If Howard thinks he's good enuf, then, why not?

Bubba is very funny, He will hold is own and no one needs to whip him into shape... Remember this, howard was still on the radio, Bubba was so brutal he got black balled by the fcc.. His show will be fine, Hopefully ned gets his shit together and gets on board.. Tune into Howard 101 from 4-8pm monday to find out....

Yeah bubba's show is pretty good, why they found the worst most obscure parody is beyond me and it is stupid, I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed, a lot of his stuff is fucking great, why they chose that one I'll never know.

I'll be curious to hear what he's like because those two appearences he made on Howard's FM show were NOT good.
He sounded like any of the morning zoo guys that Howard routinely critized. He was trying too hard. Could be completely wrong about this.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, Bubba is by far not the prince of all media. The only media he's been succesful in has been old fashioned boring radio. He's never done TV, Movies, or print.
Howard, on the other hand, dominated every medium when he tried his hand at it, except TV, but even there he did well.

I listened to Bubba once and some isolated clips. Don't know that I'll listen daily, but I can see why he'd appeal to some.

Seriously man, if you didn't laugh at the FCC call, you must be DEAD! I had never heard bubba until he jumped onto Sirius and the way he's stepped up and made me laugh, I have to say I am almost more a fan of him than I am of Howard. I have listened to Howard for years, and his show is still great, but he doesn't take many random calls. Bubba talks to everyone, truckers included which are about as funny as it gets.

He's not Stern and while there are similarities, I think his show is as perfect a fit as you can get for the afternoon. he's just a different flavor with different intrests.

The Eminem parody was AWESOME!!! Its about damn time someone made fun of O&A considering their ENTIRE show is all about Stern and trying to mock him.

Besides, didn't Howard re-do the damn gay street boys today? I'll take slim shady ANY day over those tools.
