I enjoy him also. I just remember the old day when BTLS was still in Florida and Howard used to bash him, espically after his 9-11 incident. I'm just glad they got it all worked out, BTLS is talented and I dig his show.

I've never heard it before until today on the drive home, between 5 to 6. I was totally afraid that it would be Don and Mike or Oral and Anal clone bullshit. He is not like that at all, it is not forced, he has his own style, I liked it. He is very different from Howard, so are his topics. If he is always this good, bonus, I just found my drive home, Howard100 just went up another notch, whoever doesn't have this in their car is a bored sucka loser.

Notice how even the ads on Howard100 are rockin', everything is so goddamned well done compared to WBUF shit or the JackFM comedically immature sound bytes.

I listened to Bubba today. I think I could get into listening more. But I have been listening to Breuer since I got Sirius last year and I like him better right now because I don't know Bubba's show as well.

Today was the first time I heard him. The best was, of course, Ned's calls. I can't tell, however, if this whole Ned thing is a prank or not. Is he a real person or just one of the crew doing a character?

Well I didn't enjoy today all THAT much, but I might have enjoyed it more if they didn't play up the fact that they were missing such a crucial piece of the show named NED.

I can't stand Breur's voice for more then 5 minutes, Bubba was really funny especially being his first show in 2 years I thought he had a great first day.

Bubba is a great addition, I switch between him and the H100 news on my drive home now. Those phone calls with ned are some of the funniest calls I have ever heard.
He has his own style which is good.

I like his show and will continue to listen to it, the only think I hate is the Name Bubba the love Sponge. Bubba is ok, but drop the rest, sounds a little too corny.

The bit he did last night with Codeword Robin and John was pretty off-the-cuff-cool.

Bubba will grow on you like a fungus. His show has its own vocabulary which will creep its way into yours if you listen enough and you don't have to like racing other redneck stuff to enjoy his show and find him funny (I don't 'get' racing and haven't watched wrestling since I was a kid). The stuff w/ Hulk Hogan is funny because he swings on Hogan's nuts and the rest of the cast bust his balls for it. He's a Hogan 'mark' and he admits it.

When he was on in South Florida, I would tune in during Howard's commercials. Every now and then he'd be doing something so funny or compelling that I'd stick around for the rest of the drive. He's a funny self-depricating, English-butchering, fat bitch. Totally different style of show. Love having it on the ride home. Sirius is the greatest thing since Tivo and the internet.

Bubba doesn't have much wit and seems to rely on sheer arrogance to make him funny. I liked him as a guest on Howard, but when I tried to listen for a few hours I couldn't take it. I'd rather listen to Breuer. At least he does stuff like live improvised song parodies and impersonations.

it sucks for us on the west coast that have regular jobs with his show running from 1-5 with no replays. i'd like to be able to hear his show, but cant.

i dont understand why they replay so much of the news, especially the news from 1-2 days before. somebdoy tell sirius to replay bubba's show after the 9est/6pac replay of sterns show (this is the one i listen to). they could put it on either channel. what would be best if they got rid of the hour of "rotating news stories" on 100, and bumped howards replay up an hour. that way bubba's replay could start around 10pac, instead of 11pac.

i have an s50 so i could set a recording for anytime really, but anything is better than 8 straight hours of news on 101 from 7pm-3am.

bubba and his crew seem no different from all the other goof's out there. bubba says something and all laugh, bubba says something else and again they all laugh, maybe it's just me but fake/forced laughter pisses me off

Sorry, Howard has ruined me for any Morning Zoo/Stern Clone. If the guy hadn't had a sob story that was similar to what Stern was going through at the time, he would have never given him the time of day. Any clone that was ever mentioned on the show was "ripping Stern off."

With Howard becoming more and more "nice" over the years, how long before the clones make it to satellite and Stern starts the "copying me" rant all over again.

As for Ned, it totally sounds like a character, he almost has that Imus twang. I can't believe some old redneck is that quick on the ball to not have been scripted. I got that impression when Stern played the DLR callin.
