Should Mutt post a similar thread welcoming Bubba's fans? I personally think Bubba is fine, he's no Howard, but he's better than the standard morning zoo. Ned's song parodies are flat-out not funny.

My question is, should us SFN'ers be nice to the Bubba fans? Let's say SFN'ers hate Bubba (so far, most appear to like him), can we go after their fans like the wackbag fans?

I think too much love and good tiding can be bad for SFN, much less Howard.

Also, as a general question to SFN staff, will other Howard 100/101 jocks get the same treatment as SHOW VIP's? Can we bust on them with impunity or will we be put in time-out?

Bubba yesterday had a 15 minute discussion with this guy Fabrezee (pronounced Fuh-bree-zee) who's supposedly some gangster neighbor of Bubba's down in Florida. They were talking on end about boats. If this is the type of shit that Bubba fans find interesting, maybe we should be hatin' them and not reciprocate the love Howard has shown Bubba. Howard of course has hundreds of millions riding on the Sirius thing and he has financial benefit for Bubba doing well so that's the main reason he's being nice to him. But what about US, SFNers who LOVE Howard. Are we now all of a sudden supposed to love Bubba? Remember that douchelip guy general manager of H100, what was his name? He sucked, and now he's outta there.

People are people...and free discussion between different groups of people or an open discussion of ideas is what makes Howard's show great. The bullshit will expose itself for what it is in the long run.

Personally I dont fucking care I think its cool they recognize Howard saved their fucking asses.. all I know is Howard is on Sirius and I love the SFN community built into the show.

You must have missed the last 15 minutes of Bubba's show with the Howard call in. Previously, they were doing alot of the promo Sirius bullshit between the two of them but it went to radio magic on that call, if you like radio you need to hear that, it was something you will never hear again, any doubts evaporate when you hear that kind of raw chemistry, it was worth the forced feel out period, that was special, I can't describe it, Howard man to man with Bubba fag, superb.

I like Bubba alot I think he can be funny as hell sometimes...

But a couple things pissed me off

1.Sucking up to Howard and the Gang- Especially the Robin love, How disturbing was it when he went on and on about wanting to dress Robin up.....what the fuck....Robin is friggin 52 years old and and nobody 52 years old needs to be in a god damned school girl outfit.......Robins a year or two away from Blue Iris territory. So no way I buy that


2.Even though the bit was funny as hell and I would have thought it would have been great....Bubba comes in and wastes 30 minutes of Howards show talking about shaving his asshole, and agrees to a "Shave Off" between him and Richard on Howards show, then when Howard called into Bubbas show, he already wanting to puss out of it....so basically that whole thing was a waste of friggin time.

I'm trying to give Bubba's show a chance, to see if it's worth listening to. So far, it seems like everything he does is stuff Howard has done for years, so I am not impressed. But, that said, if he can find his own identity and stop hanging from Howard's balls (as a caller said during Monday's show), then I will stay with his show....

Bubba's show is not bad at all. I think that stern found that him and bubba's take on radio and entertaining are simular but different. If the only other talent on the station were stern clones i think we would all get bored real quick.

LOL, just effin around, I'm in Richmond and was hooked as a kid during the heyday of the Stern show when it was on WVGO in Richmond. For the short nine months it was here, I was hooked.
