With my Satellite TV I always get reception problems during a thunderstorm. Tonight I am pleasantly surprised that there is a thunder storm around and my reception is still just as good and I have the same satellite bars on my signal indicator. Anyone has had a good or bad experience with it?

I've never lost satellite reception because of bad weather in my car or home. I live in Iowa and my home antenna was buried under approx. 15" of snow and it still worked fine. Rain has never affected it either.
