The difficulty of hitting a ball has nothing to do with how good or bad a sport is. In fact you say it yourself "the best in the world fail at it 2 out of three times", so if this is your standard for a viable, entertaining and (the most talented team always wins) sport, then you'll probably be a fan of the, national find a needle in a hay stack league, (NHSL) for short. Just like baseball its very hard.

There are no salary caps in baseball, so If baseball is really a (the most talented team always wins) sport like BASKETBALL, one team would dominate every season. If there were no salary caps in basketball, 1 team would kill any team in the world.


Plus nobody really watches baseball anyways, they put it on tv and fall asleep, then the next morning they watch sportscenter and go to work and talk to "the guys" about the game so they can feel manly.
