Right now, he's out of his normal habit (in which hes used to smoking around), but once he comes back to work, he's going to find it odd not going on smoke breaks outside.

I give him 2 weeks after he returns to work, before he starts up again. And did I get this right that Gary is going to attempt quitting in march when he can schedule in some brainwashing time with this Russian guy? If so, he will NEVER quit. Hes relying too much on someone else to do it for him.
