AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I am going insane with this S50, and I seem to have no recourse. At random times, whether docked in my car or my home dock, the screen displays "NO PSRAM SUPPORT" when I attempt to pause, rewind or fastforward live broadcast. Usually it will let me record, which is good, but I can't rewind if I miss something, and that's half the reason I bought the thing. This is my SECOND unit, because when I called Sirius with this problem with my first unit about a month and a half ago, they said I should return the unit where i got it (best buy) for a brand new one, becase according to the sirius people, this issue is one that had been resolved in units shipped out more recently. So I waited a month for my local bestbuy to receive a new shipment, and now I finally have this new one, fully installed with my subscription transferred over and everything, and same problem. BULLSHIT!!

Plus, like everyone in my field (graphic design) I have a mac, no firmware updates - let alone the software that's supposed to let me download my mp3's on the s50 - are compatible.

HELP!!!!

I have the exact problem. I believe the "firmware" needs to be reset. The only way to do that is to have your unit exchanged since Sirus doesn't do repairs the the moment. This problem happend happend about a month ago. I haven't returned it yet because, quite frankly, I have a 3 year warrenty with Best Buy and when a truly portable unit comes out ill switch over to that :)

This has been my 4th radio that has fucked up on me though. But that 100 dollar 3 year warrenty is going to be put to use damnit!
