How's your signal downtown? I find on 88.1 it's pretty bad anywhere near the downtown core, in fact I can't get Sirius to come in anywhere from about Don Mills Road on the DVP exit heading south and west until I'm over on the other side of the core near the CNE.

I'm going to try switching my Xact plug and play to 92.3 tomorrow...anybody else have success with another frequency in Toronto?

I've got it set to 103.1 and everything is pretty clear.

I'm downloading it online for free and it sounds great. Haven't heard anything about it on the DVP though.

mine has no problem.
sorabji_66
there is no radio station at 107.5 and this has worked well for me from Toronto to Detroit and Toronto to Buffalo.

90.1 works great in the 905 but gets a little fuzzy downtown.

thanks folks, very excited about being able to listen right into the downtown core and it sounds like 103.1 and 107.5 will be best bet. I will report back....I've been going bananas with 88.1 dying on me the moment I get near Ryerson!!!
supertattoo
I have it tuned to 87.7 but occasionally if I have receprtion problems I switch to 106.3.
sludge
I have had the same problem in the EXACT same places Kevthegrad. Thanks for starting this thread. I will have to try the other channels too.

92.3FM works like a CHARM !!! I can now listen until I'm half way onto the 2nd floor of our underground parking garage in downtown Toronto! It's outstanding!!!!!

SO the list of frequencies that seem to be working great:

107.5
104.1
92.3
87.7

I can't wait for summer....windows down, the drive IN with Howard blaring....the ride home with Bubba....this city is in for a rude awakening of GOOD radio. FINALLY
