I was asking one of the engineers about this problem and he said that any reception problems should be emailed to customer service so they can send someone out to check on it. He said the spot in Vegas is likely an interference issue that the FCC will investigate and can be fixed. So, if you find that you are having lots of signal problems, it is probably worth a shot.
