It's a fact that a large chunk of Howard's Fan Base cannot get Howard TV and that is not a fact that will change any time soon.

How about a limited edition boxed set of the first batch of programming from the first year being offered on DVD from HowardStern.com?

It could also be offered as an incentive to people signing up for Sirius during the holidays. Sign up for a year of Sirius and get the DVD set of what you missed.

I for one would love to have the opportunity to subscribe and monthly have DVDs of the shows delivered to my door for one set price.

I am soooooo Pissed I can't get Howard TV and will miss the Film festival and other great stuff from Howard TV. What do you guys think, other than move and all that BS?
sinisterjay
why dont u go and get started on that

nice im gonna get a bootleg copy of this on Constitution Ave in DC for 4 dollas
Jonny2Times
Yeah I thought about that too. Seems like a great idea that no one is capitalizing on. With as many fans that have satellite and can't get HSOD (like me) I'm sure sales would blow up.

An all sybian edition dvd? All the roasts on one dvd, evaluations dvd, etc. I'd pay up no doubt no doubt.

Directv is going to have sole rights to show 8 NFL games on the NFL Network this year. NFL Network only works through Directv. Starting Thanksgiving Day they will run games on Thursdays and Saturdays. Sirius will cover these games by the way. So I favor the DVD route. Non burned of course. Collectors edition might be a good angle.--I want to see tits!!! Calabro's site only gets you so far ;) Fuck the cable companies, I love my TIVO!!

BARNZsongwriter
I bet that if enough people emailed Howard he would do it or at least address it on his show.

They have to make sure to release it on VHS because me and my Grandma still use it.
devildog13
I can go for that, specially seens my canble system dosen't carry Howard TV. I hope they can put extras, like some more pussy shots.
tnk
i had posted this as a suggestion in the Howard TV forum...........Mutt said he liked that idea too.

I'd LOVE to be able to purchase individual shows.........(ex: Carver Roast)
babydoll5369

I'm not sure that that is true... I could have sworn that I've seen it available on Time Warner Digital Cable before....?
artiel
I have just checked the NFL network website and I have confirmed that it is available through satellite and cable companies... including DirecTv, Dish Network, Cox Cable, Adelphia and so on...

No more Bullshit! :D
Hey 4Q2
I have Cox Cable. When you call the office they dont really know anything about it. Im not really surprised by that. I called trying to get Hi-def service and made over 10 calls with no results.

EL_CHIDO
My cable company FINALLY got Howard TV and lemme say:

IT'S FUCKIN GREAT MAN!!!
chemicals
I HAVE digital cable, and I still don't get Howard TV. It's pissing me off. I'm ready to pay whatever they ask for it, and they're just NOT offering it in the New Orleans area.
thoroldjames
best idead i've heard in ages.

and it seems like no one related to howard tv or the show thought of it, maybe they should hire you.
if you can get little house on the fucking prairie on dvd you should be able to get shit people actually want to see :bigclap:
arsmetal
I agree with the DVD idea, then they could put what ever they want on it unlike Howard TV where the fucking machine episode was all fucked up.
5tero
I have over 60 shows and counting. I'm currently in the process of burning the collection to DVD. Right now I have a Best of Artie collection which has: It's the Whisky Talkin, Artie Gambles, Artie Drunk in Vegas, Artie Queer Eye Makeover, & Artie vs. Beetlejuice.

The original Fuck Machines episode they showed Howard & Fred's face when the chick squirted in Baba Booey's face...but if you view the "best of" from that week it's a different version. That version actually has the camera on the chick while she squirts so you see Gary scrambling.
anthonycomedian
I posted something about this a while ago... The douche that does Girls Gone Wild has it set up that when you order, you get a new dvd each month for $20... Howard could do something like that and I think it would go really well. They could like pick the best of On Demand Shows for that month.
JeffJ
Id definitely buy any DVD's that were for sale... it sucks so bad not being able to get Howard on TV anymore.
SteelRat
It's funny how people that don't get Howard TV are desperate to pay for a DVD to get a small sampling of the shows, while people who get all the shows for the price of one DVD a month are constantly bitching about it. ;)
michaeljamesmcc
It would be very interesting to hear/read the reactions of people that are clamoring for it, AFTER they pay $20 for an all-Sybian DVD. It might not be quite what you are expecting...
sunchild
No htv here .. still waiting too.. yea i'd get the box set if there was one

It's funny that they would move this thread when it was getting a lot of positive feedback.
