When I complain about the lack of content, people talk about how many shows get loaded a week and how it's always available, etc., etc. But, after watching most of these shows ONE TIME, I'm basically done with them. Sometimes I'll rewatch something, because I have someone over who hasn't seen it, or if I'm drunk or something. But, those are pretty rare occasions.
For the most part though, I watch a show once, and then I'm done with it. It's weird when people act like we should be rewatching the shows over and over again. For example, there is no need to watch the Jay Thomas interview more than once. I think I heard the interview twice on Sirius, and then saw the same exact interview on Howard TV. I'll never have the desire to watch that again, ever. I mean, it was a great interview, but so what.
So, the question is what (if anything) have you rewatched, and why?
Here are the shows I've rewatched:
Artie: Drunk in Vegas - Hilarious and totally un-edited. I've probably seen this one four times.
Artie: Queer Eye Make-Over - Watched this one twice, just because it's such a train wreck.
Valentina Vaughn - Original or first visit. I'm just a big fan of how hot she looks. Watched this twice.
Valentina Vaughn (Sybian) - I've seen this one three times, because of the reasons above and other people wanted to see it.
Miss Perfect - I think her name is Rita G. She came in the old studio and claimed to have perfect breasts. This was a two parter, and I just really dig this chick. She showed everything, and there were some awesome shots of her tits, ass, and pussy. These episodes were also hilariously funny, with everyone in the building coming in and feeling her up. Some awesome one-liners were dropped. Watched this one four times.
High/Low with Heather - Again, totally naked superhot chick, and some funny stuff. Great angles and zooms all over her body.
Fred Almost Dies at Scores - Just because it was funny as hell, watched it twice.
Gary Puppet Stolen - Watched this one twice because of all of the in store footage and Gary just getting his balls busted. Funny as hell callers.
Carmen Electra - Watched twice because she is so blazingly hot, and a great interview.
Jeff the Drunk Won't Leave - Great additions with all of the staff interviews. Funny to see him fall down and the slow-mo on it, etc.
And I think that's it for the multiple viewings.
Most of the time, I would re-view these episodes because nothing new had been loaded, or I watched a "new" half hour show and was left wanting something better.

barely anything... i watched Artie Drunk like 4 times because different people wanted to see it.. same with Jeff Wont Leave... and as funny as it is, it gets old like most other things
shit like Jay Thomas.. Chyna (new)... i just fast forward to see backstage stuff cause i already heard the interview.. and rarely do i need to hear an interview twice
the daily shows are so not visual... its the extra stuff in them like stuff with sal and gary thats hilarious... or put pop-up windows with closeups of artie/benjy eating... THATS innovative production...

I don't think the benefit of having the shows available for a while is so much that you can watch them over and over. It's that you have time to get around to watching them and set your own schedule. Not everyone immediately burns through all the new shows the first day they're posted. ;)
Usually, I scan through an episode once with a lot of fast forwarding to see what all is on it. Later I watch it through completely. I haven't too watched many of them all the way through more than once, because I record them and know I can always go back.
I definitely watched Jeff Won't Leave and Artie Drunk a few times each. There are a few of the hot chick episodes where I've probably watch *parts* of it several times. :) |

I still can't beieve that the jesus twins haven't made it on yet or the stuck on you episodes or the it's just wrong episodes. The station has some much potential but there does not seem to be a real vision.

| I haven't watched anything twice yet, but I'm sure I will someday. Every episode is going onto DVD. Too bad I missed some of the early episodes. Cablevision sucks! I hope they put up some more of the old stuff we missed! |

it's a pretty short list. Most episodes aren't worth watching once let alone multiple times. They need to feature fewer guests and have more content on the staff and the antics that ensue. garry vs. sal. The sal fight with robin and fred should have been on the following day. Instead we get some brain dead penthouse pet that half ass rides the sybian. Was anyone really excited to get to see bobby bad fingers or martha stewart's arrogant cunt daughter? The daily show could be first hour of the show every morning if it was up to me. That's what makes the show so great, just the whole gang talking to each other.

I hear what you people are saying. One of the main reson's I've rewatched, is because I have people over that want to see specific episodes. I wonder how many times I would've rewatched if I was just on my own.
None of my friends feel that Howard TV is worth the money, so they just come over and watch a few shows every other week. |
