WHAT THE FUCK!!! I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND NOT MADE A SCENE WITH SIRIUS BUT DAMN IT, "I'M MAD AS HELL AND NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!" LOL, THESE MOTHER FUCKERS ARE MAKING MILLIONS OR BILLIONS AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT A $50 REBATE. WTF!! SURE IT IS ONLY 50 BUT DAMN IT, I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND WHAT THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE WAS BASICALLY THAT MY CHECK WAS WRITTEN BUT JUST SITTING ON THE DESK, TO BE " PROCESSED", AND THAT IT COULD TAKE 6- 8 WEEKS LONGER!!!!!!!
I AM POOR, 30 GRAND IN MY EYES IS POOR SO YEAH 50 BUCKS IS A BIG FUCKING DEAL! DAMN IT!!

return radio? what ever do you mean?
is your radio on all day and night, is it installed perminately? i use mine everyday back and forth from my work truck, car and house never had a problem with it, but i do hear alot of people bitching about theirs breaking, just wanting to know what is breaking on them? |

I got screwed on my rebate...they said I left something out. I checked everything 3 times before I sent it. With the volume of rebates they had to fill I knew mine would be one to get fucked up...just my luck.

on my starmate my power outlet is beyond touch, any bump, and loud fucking noise will shut it off
and when you take it to car/house and house/car
i can have a hell of a time just getting it to turn on
thing's a piece of shit, very unhappy,
the trouble i've had with customer service at sirius/and target has been just as bad. if not for stern i wouldn't tolerate it even with the other great programing |

starmate huh, that iss what i got but never had a problem with the power outlet, you sure it that your wires haven't split a bit, i notice my power cord has begun to expose some wires a little bit so i just used electrical tape |

I have to say that I bought my radion in the very beginning of February and recieved my $20 rebate today for my starmate.
Takes awhile but it will come!

I've purchased 2 radios from sirius, Sportster Repaly and S50 and got BOTH rebates. My Sportster lights started flickering. I called Sirius, within a week I had a replacement (a new one) and sent my defective one back AFTER I got the new one.
Couldn't be happier (except in June when Howard is supposed to be broadcasting online) |

I bought a sportster replay with a $50 rebate and a starmate with a $20 rebate. I get a letter in the mail stating that I cannot claim a rebate using the same name. I called them and they said that were sorry but you can only claim one rebate per customer. They also said it was in there rebate info. I told him nicely he was full of it. I bought mine from bestbuy and showed him in there rebate aggreement that it was one rebate per unit, not per customer.
After that he was real friendly as I told him that I would drop Sirius all together if I was not credited. He offered to put it back on my credit card, send a check or apply towards my bill. I opted for it going to my bill. The customer service was very good and friendly. |
