Howard, Bubba, Gary, Fred, Robin, Manson, Ned, Richard, Sal, High Pitch, Gary The Retard, Double A, Lasker, Artie, ... and every other personality you can name, from either show is a character. The sole purpose for any of them having their voice beamed into your house, car or office via the Sirius satellites is that they are entertaining.
Real or fake means nothing. What matters is entertaining or not entertaining. If you want to get real, then realize that in the real world, a rich mother fucker like (my lord and savior) Howard Stern would never in a million years talk to you for five hours a day. He's in the business of entertaining and he's damn good at it.
If you aren't entertained, then OK I can at least understand where you are coming from. If you are on the chip because one of the characters isn't "real", then I think you listen for the wrong reason.
These people aren't your friends, they aren't someone you are supposed to trust to always tell it to you straight. The farthest you can go is to trust them to entertain you every day.
Tomorrow's show will be the same as yesterday's show, funny as fuck. If it doesn't entertain you, then don't listen. If it does entertain you, then shut the fuck up about Ned and every other petty gripe that you have and enjoy the ride. |

| I agree with you Disciple. At first I was kinda pissed but I didn't scream about it all over the place that Ned was fake, I still love the character and all those funny ass phone calls, and I will still love the show and the Ned character. |

| Actually the entire show makes more sense if in fact "Neds" voice is really Mansons. Manson has more talent in his little finger than other shows talent combined. I can understand now why "Ned" got his "Ned Only" CD in his contract...and why Lasker was the one to propogate his contract. Manson is worth more than Bubba could pay...anyway figure it out. I don't care one way or another..I love the show...Ned lives in the studio... |

Thanks for the kind words, JLOHLINGER. Just because I am a "noob" Lunatic 379 doesn't mean anything. I admit that I am new to Bubba's show since I just started listening when he joined Sirius but I love hearing Ned on the radio and I could care less if he's real or not.
Give the "noobs" a chance to speak their mind as well as the regulars. I am looking forward to sticking around on this site for a long time to come. I am now a Bubba fan for life!
