So what did ya all think of Doug’s entry, “Death of Terrestrial”? Many here like to rip him a new one for being a bit schmucky at times, but I’m wondering if anyone was surprised by his entry?! Granted, it didn’t come close to the caliber of the final fan entries, but some of those guys have talent beyond what anyone expected from this festival! Overall I thought Doug’s concept was clever and fairly well executed. Not to mention he did it while putting the Festival together and while working on Howard TV! Actually, come to think of it, he shouldn’t have even had the time to make a movie like this! That stop motion stuff takes forever to film, not to mention the hours of editing that went into it! Screw this, no compliments for Doug till I get updates every night at midnight, along with more E shows! F-Doug and his clever movie! ;)

I like Dougs movie a lot. My hello kitty radio must feel the same way! I haven't used it since december! It's sad and lonely lol Maybe it's gunna kill itselft soon lol

Sal's was by far the best - with Richard's a close second.

I liked Dougs. Would have liked to have seen the eletrocution scene haha.

I also liked Doug's. The choppy motion I'm sure had a lot to do with time constraints, but it also gave it a look that I thought fit the theme. Sal's, Doug's and Ralph's were the staff films that took a good concept and executed it well.

Movie wise, Doug's film was probably the best actual film. Like Nursegrll8 said it would have been nice to see the radio actually fall into the tub and see the electrocution but that's ok.

The rest of the film's besides Robin's and Fred's were funnier than Doug's but Doug's was excellent for film value!

Doug's truthfully bored me to tears... kept on waiting for it to end... that film could've been 20 seconds long... How that was awarded 1st is a crime. As much as I can't stand Sal... his film was the only one worthy of screening at the fest.

It took some time to make ,but it sucked balls. :)

I am probably one of Doug's toughest critics but thought the movie was beyond my expectation. I just wish he would approach Howard TV with the same zeal
