This week has probably been the best week of radio by Howard ever!!!
But it is becoming apparent that sirius's lawyers and rules are getting in the way:
1) High Pitch can't blow his load onto that guy.
2) Sal couldn't Skull fuck that dude.
3) Can't shock the balls now.
I think Howard should have another studio outside the Sirius building for their more conterversial bits.

| Problem is Sirius is still a coproration and anyone who has ever worked for a corporation knows they are notoriously tightly wound. As a company they have to have some minimum set of standards. In order to really do whatever they want, Howard would have to launch his own satelite. |

| The sounds coming from those dog collars would not be protected by the first amendment, since they are not technically speech. Im not a lawyer (but I am about to go to sleep at a Holiday Inn Express), but I would say that Sirius is concerned about liability if someone kicks the bucket from a heart attack in their building. Not to mention the potential public relation fall out. |

| That's not censorship. It's called not allowing people to break laws in your building. If it were censorship, they wouldn't be able to talk about it. Sirius didn't say they can't talk about these things, or that even that they can't do these things. They just can't do them in their building. Can you do those things at your work? |

Man I guess beheadings are off the table now too. DAMN!
Sirius is a workplace. In a city with laws.
Free radio doesn't give them the right to break laws.
I'm happy Howard doesn't have to say "Pleasure yourself" when he means "Jerk off" and "Oral" when he's talking about a blow job.
How the fuck far do you want them to go?
....and for the record, I don't need to hear or see High Pitch blow a load anywhere. |

| Even though High Pitch couldn't drop a load to save his life, I do think he should have an off site studio. Just a dungeon like room where he can do shit thats over the top. :666: |

bubba can still shock the puss.
i don't think it's sirius, i think it's the McGraw Hill building
they are the ones who banned elliot offen from the building
the thing i can't figure out is why can't sal jack off in private and eric couldn't drop a load on that dude but those fucking machine girls were allowed to spray their cunt juice all over the fucking studio |

| We can't lame Sirius for drawing the line somewhere. Huge liabilities involved. I'm sure that when they have to put their foot down they don't enjoy it. It's easy to see that they have no ill intentions when making these rules. Otherwise they would have said they don't wait it on the air either. |

It's not cenorshp in the least - it's called liability for the corporate entity.
If HPE blows a load on another person in the Sirius studio, some prosecuterout in Resume Speed, Iowa could file criminal charges of distribution of obscene materials on Sirius, and all the individuals involved in the bit.
If an act of the type you reference were to occur off-site, Sirius would have an added layer of protection in court.

You're forgetting that they wouldn't let HPE crap in the studio.
Honestly I don't even think it's a matter of morality. I worked in the Sirius building a while back. It's filled with high-profile companies like Morgan Stanley. I'm guessing they're sensitive about pissing off their neighbors. Given the investment they made in their studios I would too. |

| The question is will they let Jeff the Vomit guy in?? Hmmmm :( |

Are you retarded? This isn't censorship, it's Sirius stopping themselves from getting bent over by law suits. All of that could either really hurt or kill someone. Complain to standards and practices if you don't like it. |

| So far so good! The stuff they don't have a problem with is better than the stuff they do anyway. ie.. The Sibian(sp?) etc... |
