I love Ned. He's possibly my favorite part of the show. Quit all your conspiracy theories about him already and just admit that he kicks ass. what a bunch of retards you all sound like. I'm not cleaning up any more Ned threads without killing accounts. I'm sick of you guys making work for me over whether or not Ned is real.
If you like the show, then support the show. Don't try to break it down. If you don't like the show and are trying to break it down, fuck you! If you don't like Bubba's show don't post in here. it's that simple.

Hey mutt, (in the most non confrontational tone) What if we LOVE the show but feel that keeping the truth about ned from the fans is kinda shitty? I mean I love the show, love the character of Ned but everytime ned says something it makes me wonder. Why not just answer the question so those of us wondering know?
The only reason why i think Ned is real is because Howard 100 news hasn't broke the ned is fake story yet. If anyone would, wouldn't they? |

It's much easier to dismiss all the evidence with a "shut up if you don't think Ned is real" than to actually admit somone is making a good point, or acknowledge clear similarities between Ned & Manson.
I'm not calling myself a "genius" but I did post an audio clip of Manson talking a couple weeks ago in the same cadence, same tone, and same speed as Ned talks.
But of course, nevermind my trained ear - I'm just a conspiracist. :(

- How many old timers do you know that are as sharp and quick-witted as "Ned"?
- The Shuli interview with "Ned" sounded nothing like the Ned we hear on the radio. (but I know, Sirius mic problems, blah blah blah... even though everyone else sounded just the same..)
- No video ever of Ned in the studio.
- Never never laughs at anything.
- Never hear Ned & Manson talking over each other by accident.
- When the news reporter was in the studio the other day with the old man, somehow the old fella was "too stoned" to say anything.
- And lastly, pay no attention to all the times Ned was supposed to be "out of the studio" with Tyler or whatever, and Bubba has slipped up and addressed Ned as if he were still in the room. That's just coincidence.
I love the show, totally in a non-faggot way. But this fake vs. real bit has been going on long enough for them not to have solidly squashed it by now. |

You can blah this one away, but you're not going to have the same audio quality from a microphone that is being broadcast over a cell phone from the middle of an event with people screaming, horns honking, etc as you would in studio...

Exactly, you never had to be expressly told, it is implied. You have heard "Ned" speak because you have been invited to be around the studio, same with Mutt. It is fairly obvious that Bubba doesn't want it known that "Ned" is definatively not real.
So what are you going to do - come here and say "Ned is definately not real" or are you going to come on here and say "I heard him speak, definately him" nothwithstanding the obvious.

im new here and kinda suprised everyone doesnt know the ned deal. i lived in florida for a couple years and everyone there knows the deal.
ned is real. he is related to manson (father in law i believe). he is the actual guy on the red carpet. hes not in the studio very much caues hes an old retiered dude. manson does do his character for the bits on the radio. if you listen to some of the old bubba shows, ned (the actual guy) did spots on the show and after he got older, manson took over. so i guess you can say he is real and fake. i think everyone should have the sence to know that the guy on the radio talking is a "voice" impression. guests on the bubba show lets you know manson is doing ned all the time. a couple weeks ago hogan was in studio (the same day mansons wife was in studio making diner) and after the break hulk said to manson "hey ned how did you get a hot wife like that?" and manson said in ned voice "it must be my big cock." that wasnt a slip, thats just a in house joke.
probably 99% of what we see or hear on tv and radio is entertainment. some people say its fake. i guess its how you look at it.... |

And I’ve seen Ned many times at appearances, I’ve talked to him, he sounds just like he does on the radio as he does in person. Manson and Ned talked over each other all time back in the days of fucked up radio. I have never been in the studio, and the only time I've heard Ned speak in my presence was outside of the Hudson Theater on Thursday night. The only association I have with the show is that I'm a mark, and I post here on SFN. So it was never even implied that I should or shouldn't speak about it. |

I didn't have tickets to the Film Fest, I just went up for the SFN gathering. I was at the Ronnie Roast because I responded to Reverend Bob in a thread where he asked if anyone would be in the New York area and would like to be involved in something cool.

Joey didnt boot me. I was just being sarcastic which Im sure will get me the suspension or ban when he see's it. Assuming he hasnt already. Its one thing to come on here and be a complete cocksucker. This isn't some free speech site where you can all say what ever the hell you want. It's a fan site and it's for the fans to enjoy the show. It's not for haters to rant.
You aren't allowed to debate the staff's decisions. It escalates into to some big crap about posters rights and how the site should be run. When I say stop it or I'm going to close accounts, don't be surprised when accounts get closed for not dropping it. DUMBASS!!! We run SFN one way and it's not up for discussion. What many of you don't realize is when someone makes an asshole post and gets banned, you only saw the post while we check into his account. If we can see they've already been banned several times or had lots of other asshole posts, then there's no need to give em another second chance. many of these guys were just sent to time out. that stops what ever they were doing and gives them a chance to be let back in.
Nobody is trying to stop you form having an opinion or saying you have to kiss ass. what I said, is drop all the fucking threads about how you can prove ned is fake. this is a place for fans. it's not a place to trash the show and call Bubba a liar. |

You should copy and paste this into every anti-Howard/Bubba thread on this site. As an Administrator on another (non-Stern related) message board I find myself having to basically say the same thing from time to time to a bunch of douchebags that just don't get it, so I know what you're going through.
This is not the US, this is Mutt's piece of the World Wide Web. He can ban anybody for anything and there's nothing any one of you whiners can do about it.
As for the show I was apprehensive about it when it was first announced Bubba would be on the Howard channels. I thought it would be too redneck and too close to the Stern Show for my taste. I've been listening since he started on Sirius and I'm happy to have been proven wrong. I now consider myself a mark for Bubba, Ned, Brent, and everyone else on the show. |
