They read me the riot act yeterday:
Parody 101:
NO FUCKIG R&B, NOTHING OVER 3:35. and a lot more.
The Manson thing was really hard to do , because as we all know the guy is a comedic/musical genius and on top of that I have a lot of respect for the guy.
I would have never done a Manson parody, but Bubba asked me to & this was the best angle I could come up with.
I respect the guy not only for writing all of those great bits, but because it is impossible to write a true parody about him. I had to really stretch the truth & revert to toilet humor to even come close to writing a funny song about him.
They all hated everything but this song said I should have just submitted them separately. So here is the Johnny Cash tune...

I am sure that not everything he has made was gold. The parody business is not an easy thing to do and I think 1 out of 3 VERY QUICK attempts like you did is actually really good. Like I have heard many people say..you can't make everyone happy so why try. Keep up the good work Hand.
