| I have an old Kenwood Pnp Here2Anywhere reciever. The wires on the AC adapter is pretty loose, and its not going to last much longer. Thing is I don't wanna go out and buy a whole new radio yet. I'm waiting on the Sirius S100 (or whatever the portable unit is called.) I've had this reciever for like 15 months so the warranty is gone, and I don't think they even sell it anymore. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice as to waht to do with this thing? Like I said I REALLY don't want to have to go and get a whole new radio. Odds are if need be I"ll go and get a DC-AC adapter and use my car power supply. |

| Try Radio Shack, they may have an aftermarket adapter you can pick up for $10 and solve your problem. |

Go to radio shack. Almost all the PnP units need a 12v power supply. You buy the supply and they give you a little adapter for the plug.
The thing is, if the power supply cable is loose, the problem is probably in the recepticle in the unit, not in the power supply, so you may be wasting your time.
