| Yea I tried to orderer a 3rd radio over the internet and it fucked up when I hit the last button and I went round and round with Sirius for 2 weeks on the phone and on the net about getting my radio and I finally said FORGET IT ill buy XM and they said "sorry we cant help you" |

they gave me $10.00 +$1.23 off purch price 'cause of f up in billing
I went online they f...d up on promo code
went 2 duh phone.....only $10.00 ..."cause they realize how f...d they r
but I still have 2 chase down my $11.23........
on the plus I'm getting ground relay , and good reception

I had to use the phone 2 correct a billing error
the first guy says I can get $28.00 back....and then disconnects me
the 2nd person says there was no error...
i go to activate , and while I'm onsite I notice my order does say
$I29.00...but the first line of the bill says $139.00...
So I call a 3rd time....this guy eventually gets the same screen I have , contacts his supervisor , comes back w/ " we have no idea wassup so we'll refund that $10.00....."
so I ask why I only recieved a $$8.73 rebate when the package
was $10.00 online instant rebate....
he says fine they'll refund the $1.27 ...
when I establish an acct.......fine I'm onsite
establish account.....won't take my sfn code
so now I call the 4th operator ....oh yeh....
she is very nice, waves $5.00..gives me the sfn discount...talks me into a 2 year deal
such a deal w/ payments.....but can't find the refunded money
I'm sure I can make a 5th call and get the money , but time is money and I don't want to keep chucking it down the rabbit hole
It's prob'ly cheaper to let it go......get ground tranxmission at the pad , and driving around was nice...no more 5000,000 watt mexican station drowning shit out...nice
now to go take it out on the rest of duh board |
