| I am never going back to regular radio and I'm kicking myself in the ass for not doing this months ago. Anyways, it feels weird having that antenna on the back of my car on the roof. |

Congratulations and welcome aboard!! Everyone I know who has tried SIRIUS says the same thing, "I'm never going back...". It's addictive, isn't it? The hard part is convincing other people to try it. They usually reply "there's no way I'm paying for radio", until they try it and then they're hooked. That's why Sirius commercials don't work, it's impossible to convey how good it is via a tv spot. First, WELCOME TO THE SIRIUS FAMILY!!!!
Just be careful with XACT I'm going on my 3rd reciever since November 2005. I had to go to the Better Business Buerau just to get them to replace it, and the replacement was broken when it got here. Make sure you keep your reciept somewhere safe. Customer service for XACT is terrible. |

| Got to back up Myshele on that. First off, I loved my little Xact device. The functionality is just perfect and the fm transmitter is awesome, but the manufacturing is horrible. If you keep it plugged in all the time, then it will be fine, but if you move it a lot eventually the power connection and the audio out will loosen. Any slight movement will cut the power or audio. Other than that, the reception on that unit is also awesome, I have a sporster now, and it cuts out, aquiring signal, so much more often than my Visor. Too bad it was so badly made. But you will love Sirius!! Check out the music too, like buzzsaw 19, firswave 22. Anyway, enjoy!! |

| I've had a Xact reciever since about september of 2005. I think I've transfered it to and from my house, other cars, and my garage about 500 time since i've owned the little bugger. Never a problem :D |

| Heres a lil secret to help it last longer....REDUCE TO MINIMUM THE BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST ....the unit overheats and burns out a circuit board very quickly if left on too bright |

| My wife got me a Xact XRT1 stream jockey on October 7th of 04 for my birthday. Not one problem the unit. |

There are going to be people who have no problems, but with XACT you are in the minority if you don't. I looked them up on the BBB and they have so many complaints. My radio sat in the same place never moved for 4 months and it just died.
Everyone won't have the same problems but just to be safe I would say just get one straight from Sirius it will make your life easier. |
