My S50 has been working great but all of a sudden it just won't get Satellite feed. Everything else works.
They tell me I need to reboot my Firmware.
I need to know what has been updated about Howards Tapes? |

| It's ironic that they say to update the firmware, because my S50 has been having trouble ever since I made the last update. That was about a month ago, to basically just get the new channel logos. I haven't moved the antenna, but somehow since that "upgrade" I can't get a strong signal. Worst part is that I get a perfect signal when I sit at home and listen, but if I set a recording to listen to on my way to work, it craps out after a minute. |

Its been working fine, actually great. Everything still works except live Satellite.
I am in emergency mode trying to get it fixed for Artie Roast tomorrow.
You need your docking station with you, and I am in Manhattan miles away.
I need this through the internet now !!!! |

I had a problem with mine too and my husband called Sirius and had a big fight with them and they eventually sent me a new unit. |

| Check Sirius Backstage. There's a number there specifically for S50 problems. They probably only need to run some battery cycles and resend your signal. It shouldn't be a problem. |

There's no way in hell I'll update mine again. It got messed up last time I updated it. I'm running version 1.2, and it works fine, just an occasional glitch, I take out the battery, it reboots or whatever, and it works fine, and I use mine at least 16 hours a day.
