If anyone watched Jon Stewart............did you catch the Govt's blunder about the people in Gitmo being/not being POW's?!
One statement said the ARE POW's & have the rights of POW's.
Then he showed a clip of Condee Rice saying "Those prisoners are NOT considered POW's"
DOES OUR GOVT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT?!?!?!?!! :mad: |

They never considered them POW's. They have based their actions on the detainees being captured enemy combatants.
They were to be judged by a military tribunal and I wish they would get on with it. |
