I've been busy for the last week or two and really haven't had a chance to check out HTV all that much, but I finally got a chance to watch some shit and checked out the "Porn Pageant" episode.
It was nice to actually see some female nudity for a change and they actually got some close-ups with the first two contestants which was refreshing. However on the third contestant they seemed to revert back to old form, as she was being interviewed for like 10 minutes and gave not one close-up or pan-shot of her lower body. Strange.
Also on the "Woman/Whisky Shots" episode something strange happened. They actually showed a girl penetrate herself, in close-up. It certainly wasn't sexy, and it was only briefly and shot awkwardly (seemed like a home-video camera) but you clearly did see the object inserted and removed in close-up. I guess that ends speculation about whether they can show that act or not. |

Here's my observation on the THURSDAY DAILY show of 6/15:
WHERE is the instant classic exchange between Crazy Alice and Crazy Artie????????????
That was the funniest few minutes in radio I've ever heard and so why do we get a 20 boring minutes of Luther C instead and 10 minutes of wasted time on Girl #2?!
The dueling Alices' should be it's own special.
Why are there so MANY bad programming decisions being made with HSOD and how long are we expected to put up with it? |

I sent in a suggestion (I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought of it) that since the Daily Shows (in theory) come up before the "Best Of" for that week, they should try to include a few other things in the 'Best of" episode besidees just edited clips of the Daily shows. Or else, there is no real point in watching the Best Of (unless you just signed up for HTV and those daily shows are gone). If they included a few extra things (that are funny, but maybe don't warrant a whole Daily show), it would make those Best of the Week shows worth re-watching. |

I didn't get ANY Daily Shows for the entire week last week.
Not all that surprising. Just another let down from Comcast, In Demand, and Howard TV. I have to say that the ONLY problem that I've ever had with my cable service, IN THE PAST 11 YEARS, has been with Howard TV.
HBO On Demand was working great, and always has worked great. Never any problems. HBO has more female nudity, WAY more programs, specials, live events, and The Show talks about HBO more than they do Howard TV.
So, I say fuck Howard TV.
Everyone should cancel on the 30th. |

That's just amazing. I thought my service was bad. Not getting any daily shows for the entire week isn't just bad service, it's theft. You're essentially paying for a service and not getting it. |
