| why isnt the artie roast on htv yet? this is ridiculous i pay money for this service and they barely have to do any work. i am pissed about it and so are many people, why doesnt anyone high up at least have the balls acknowledge it? the film fest was on the day after and its been 2 weeks almost. tell howard to fire doug goodsteins ass!! they need professionals to do that channel, then people will subsrcibe to i t again, but till then we're all gonna cancel |

when you program the channel then you can do it differently.....doug does a decent job. :hw:

| no, when theres a channel that you pay 14 bux a month for, you should get more updates and more content. why should it take 2 weeks to edit an hour long show...they need a better producer and more staff. boots, theres no way that this should cost more than hbo, there are free ondemand channels with more stuff and better updates... you cant even lie you said he did 'decent', and youre trying to be nice which means you really think its really quite sub-par. we've organized a mass cancellation of howard tv on june 30th, so relay that info to the people at the show if you can. |

| If HBO can put their shows on Demand by the next day, It shouldn't take the people of inDemand a week and a half to put the Artie Roast up. I am starting not to really care for it anymore, so tonight at midnight when it is on, i'll just wait to watch it another time.. |

doug you suck. sorry man,i support howard but to be honest the channel has slowed some. i will still keep HTV but feel a need for a change of personel running HTV is due. time to stir things up howard, this cannot be as good as it gets. everything howard does himself or that he has a finger on has been top notch for 20 plus years. i just dont think the guys working for HTV reflect that. |

The HBO shows are already completely edited shows and nothing needs to be done to them. They only need to be added the next day. For the Stern shows, there often is some editing. In the case of the Artie Roast material, which is four hours of content, including stuff from the studio, the hall, on-air and off-air, it's a big project that should not just be slapped up there hastily. Doug said the main Roast would go up Monday and the other stuff later in the week so give him until then. |

| Hey, what's the Howard TV/ OnDemand delay problems with Comcast here in NJ (I'm in Ocean County)???? The most recent Best of the Week avail is still 5/22-5/26. The most recent Daily Shows avail is 6/7. Staff Antics has been empty for weeks. I have only seen a few additions like Elliot the Runner, Farrah over the past few weeks. All the roasts are gone too...no Carver, no Mund, no Ralph. Where is Artie Drunk in Vegas? Seems like some of the best bits/shows are no longer avail. No Crazy Alice either. And last but not least, where is the ARTIE ROAST!!!!!?????? It sucks to hear about what's new on Howard TV on the Sirius radio show every morning and on this forum and I have the same old shit to watch for weeks on end. Who runs things over there? I tell friends about great shows, they order HTV, and then it takes days to view and the best parts are gone. Get rid of some of the crap and keep the good bits up! Goodstein licks. Might be ok for free TV but I pay for this so called service. |

Compared with the amount of material Howard and his team produces over a single week, HTV really doesnt look good.
I mean OK the shows have to be done right, but you also have to keep up with the main radio show, so why not sacrificing some video quality and just throwing out the material, its good enough anyway.
Hell i would accept material made with a mobile phone cam! |
