Not to mention that the poll you reference doesn't show any disapproval numbers lower than 41%. Considerably higher than the recent polls that had him in the upper twenties. Apples and oranges, Einstein. |

Why are THEY the bastardly ones?
Notice that this administration only started to dip in the polls in a serious way when the War didn't "go well" after an extended period. What about before?
What does this say about our choices and our participation in all this?
What good would it do if the other party is voted in somehow when WE, the public, have not really understood what it is that WE have done here.
Has the White House AND Congress only been popular with the so-called Right-wing and "stupid' people?

If you notice, at no point does this poll have Bush's numbers below 40% in the last year. This is quite a contrast to the rest of the nations polls & should at least cause us to question the accuracy of the data. I have no idea how they solicite the opinions or how the question is framed. For example in this poll Zogby Bush has a 41% approval rating, but this is a poll based purely on Wal-Mart shoppers. In a poll of non-Wal-Mart shoppers his approval rating is 21%.
How many of the Wal-Mart shoppers will actually vote? How many of them have read a paper in the last week? The reality is that most polls show Bush still hovers in the 33 to34% range & recent events in Iraq & Afghanistan will only lower those numbers. |

According to the poll that you linked, they are not going up. Are you retarded? You can't compare this poll to CNN, USA Today, Newsweek, or any other poll. You can only compare it's numbers to itself based on the manner in which the poll is conducted. At no time has this polling service ever had Bush below a 40% approval rating. In fact just last week this poll had him at 43, so in fact according the your own link his numbers are slightly down, but more accurately not moving at all. It is all right there in the information you provided, but I am betting you saw the number & cut & paste asap without actually digesting the information you were linking. and i stated a week or two back that he'd have a spike upwards in his ratings. however, i also stated they'd dip right back down. this is all the effect of al-zarqawi's death, and once the happiness wears off and the bad news seeps back in, his ratings will hit mid 30
s, i'd say in about 3-4 weeks. |
