It looks like we're all in the same boat here (I don't have any new content since 6/14)

Comcast told me there are "no reported problems" with Howard TV, in spite of me emailing them on several occasions.

We need to make our voices heard here so these scumbags will actually do something about it.

Please follow this link and let them know about our problems

Thanks :)

I've called 2 times and now submitted the problem through their website... i really hope they straighten this out...

Maybe if we all cancel, they will realize something is wrong. They probably feel that the trade off with the strain on their system, and the money they make from us few thousand subscribers, is just not worth it.

Sorry about that Michigan! You are now in the running for the worst Howard TV experience in the country. So far, Minnesota and New Jersey are also in the competition. We are all in the same boat.

The Howard TV crew couldn't care less about your issues.

Comcast can't do anyting about it. It's not their fault. They say that they load everything they receive. I've called and e-mailed them numerous times. I believe them.

It's In Demand's fault. They send out the package, and tell the providers when to load it. Sometimes the package doesn't get to the provider. That's In Demand's fault. In Demand says that if you want it fixed, then you need to monitor what should be loaded onto your system on a daily basis, and then e-mail them in the thread that they created here in the Howard TV forum. Pretty shitty, eh?

I'm cancelling my service on the 30th. I feel it is the best way to make a statement. Read through some threads on the board to see what other people are dealing with. I have tried everything else (phone calls, e-mails, etc.), and have comne to the conclusion that cancellation is the only true option. I'm not paying them to screw up this bad.

I'd consider dropping Howard TV if I hadn't already pre-paid for the entire year.

Is this the end of HowardTV on Comcast? There still hasn't been an update in almost 2 weeks, my last update was Friday June 16. It seems complaints to InDemand, or Comcast, have been ignored. I am cancelling my subscription today or tomorrow. This could be what Comcast wants, as maybe Comcasts system cannot handle all of us people watching so many different shows, or InDemand can't push out shows as fast as they promised, and are willing to lose some subscribers to make it easier.

As of June 28 or 29 Comcast in Michigan (at least in the Metro Detroit area) has put up the Artie Roast and Roast Mayhem. To my relief they have also been updating on a regular basis since then. Let's just hope we don't have to deal with any more 2-3 week gaps.
